Randall Emmett of Vanderpump Rules is facing a number of disturbing sexual misconduct and mistreatment allegations from former staffers. Randall has already been under speculation after his messy breakup with Lala Kent last year. The show veteran hasn't held back from venting about her Hollywood honcho ex-fiancé any chance she gets. As part of Lala's wrath, she's aligned herself with a group of former workers who are accusing Randall of using his power to take advantage of the less fortunate.

Lala has thrown the entire book at Randall after confirming their split last October. Lala was done defending her fiancé's rumored womanizing ways after he was caught hanging out with two mystery women in Nashville. Lala Kent confirmed she moved out and took their daughter Ocean with her. At the season 9 reunion, Lala opened up about the breakup and shed tears when her co-stars admitted to hearing about Randall's cheating for years. Since the split, Lala hasn't looked back and continues to bash her ex in interviews, on her podcast, and on social media.

Now Randall is even more hot water as multiple women come forward with claims of sexual misconduct and mistreatment performed by the Emmett/Furla Oasis Films cofounder. A lengthy Los Angeles Times expose unearthed allegations of Randall using a variety of tactics to silence his accusers, including offering hundreds of thousands of dollars to his alleged victims. One accuser had her lawyer, women's rights attorney Gloria Allred, send Randall a letter in October 2021 detailing her accusations including claims of Randall telling the woman “that to receive acting work from [him], she would have to perform sexual favors.” The letter also cited an alleged text conversation where Randall told the woman, “One day of work and u need to f–k me hun.”

The woman also claims to have had past encounters where she allegedly “gave Emmett massages and oral sex, allowed him to digitally penetrate her, and stood nude in his office while he masturbated," the letter states. However, Randall is “adamantly” denying the allegations through his representative, Sallie Hofmeister. Lala even joined in on revealing claims against Randall, including the $14,00 she alleges he offered her to not mention their romantic relationship during her early seasons on the show. Randall was still legally married to actress Ambyr Childers at the time and wanted to keep the affair private and off reality television. But Randall is barking back and thinks Lala is to blame for the scathing expose. “These allegations are false and part of a now-familiar smear campaign orchestrated by Randall’s ex-fiancée to sway their custody dispute,” Hofmeister told Us Weekly.

Fans can remember when Lala was a newcomer in season 4 and would boast about her "man," who would fly her on private jets for giving him stellar sexual favors. Over time, it would become known that Randall was the mystery man, and Lala remained head over heels for him until their breakup last year. The Vanderpump Rules star has opened up about returning to the dating scene and healing from her split. Lala doesn't appear bothered by Randall's demise as a Hollywood producer. But she still has to co-parent with him, so she might not want to see Randall go broke.
