Today we have a couple more looks at Quentin Tarantino's Cannes award-winning WWII flick Inglourious Basterds, in the form of a clip and a poster. Both the clip and poster are central to the character of Sergeant Huge Siglitz, an amateur Nazi killer who's about to go pro (according to Brad Pitt's Lt. Aldo Reine in the clip). He's played by Til Schweiger, and by the looks of him in this clip, in the poster and image we posted recently where he's holding a giant machine gun, he's one bad-ass mofo.

Of the four clips that have been officially released so far, I still prefer the interrogation scene between Pitt and a Nazi soldier. But nevertheless, they're all great, this breakout scene featuring the Basterds and Schweiger included. I love how Schweiger says nothing throughout the whole thing, and even when asked a question, he just nods slightly.
I'm guessing he's more of a doer than a talker...
The buzz for the Basterds is at a high right now because of it's recent premiere and positive reception at the Cannes Film Festival. And yet we've still got about three months to wait - those lucky Cannes festival goers!
What do you make of this latest clip and character poster? Are you looking forward the movie?
Inglourious Basterds stars Brad Pitt, Diane Kruger, Eli Roth, Melanie Laurent, Mike Myers, Michael Fassbender, Til Schweiger, B.J. Novak, Samm Levine, Maggie Cheung, Daniel Bruhl and Cloris Leachman. It is set to be released on August 19th this year.
