While Bravo is known for hit reality shows like The Real Housewives, the network is home to some scripted television series, as well, such as Imposters. A dark comedy, it premiered in 2017, was canceled after two seasons and focused on a con artist who married people, robbed them then vanished.

First up is Inbar Lavi, who was the con artist. Her name was Maddie Jonson, but she also went by names such as Ava, Alice, CeCe and Saffron. Previously, this actress was Raviva on Underemployed, Sheba on Prison Break and Eve on Lucifer, and she had small roles on shows like Entourage, Ghost Whisperer and Sons of Anarchy.

Rob Heaps

One of the people conned by Maddie was Ezra Bloom, and he set out to find her and get his money back.

Ezra was portrayed by Rob Heaps, a British actor who has been in the industry since 2011. After Imposters, he was in Dare Me, a teen drama based on a novel by Megan Abbott, as Matt French and in Good Girls as Dr. Josh Cohen.

Parker Young

Before Ezra, Maddie was married to Richard Evans, an athlete-turned-car-salesman, and he joined the mission to confront this con artist for what she had done.

This character was played by Parker Young, who has modeled for brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein and appeared in series such as Fresh Off the Boat, Mad Men and Days of Our Lives. Additionally, Young was Ryan Shay on Suburgatory and Randy Hill on Enlisted.

Marianne Rendón

The last ex to team up with Ezra and Richard was Julia "Jules" Langmore, a character portrayed by Rendón.

In 2017, she was in Gemini, a mystery thriller, as Cassandra. In 2018, she was in Mapplethorpe and Charlie Says, both biographical drama, as Patti Smith and Susan Atkins (part of the Manson family), respectively. On TV, she also had a main role in Almost Family, which was cancelled after one season.

Brian Benben

Maddie did not work alone, as it took a great deal of planning, strategy and preparation to pull of cons. And one of her coworkers was Max, Brian Benben’s character.

Benben has been acting since the 1980s, and his most notable role was as Sheldon Wallace on Private Practice. He has also appeared in series like Scandal and Grace and Frankie.

Katherine LaNasa

Another coworker was Sally, and she was played by Katherine LaNasa. In 2010, this actress was in Valentine's Day, and in 2013, The Frozen Ground, to name a few. LaNasa has been in a great deal of TV shows, including Grey's Anatomy and Devious Maids, and most recently, she was Gloria Grandbilt in Katy Keene, a series that was based on an Archie Comics character and that was canceled after one season.

Ray Proscia

Within this story, Maddie and her fellow coworkers worked for The Doctor, a dangerous man whose real name was Jeffrey Hull.

He was portrayed by Ray Proscia, and early in his career, this actor was on shows like Seinfeld and 3rd Rock from the Sun. In the 2000s, he was on things like The Jamie Foxx Show and Charmed. From 2008-2019, he was on The Young and the Restless as Dr. Jason Calhoun / FBI Agent Rollins. From 2015-2016, he was on The Man in the High Castle as Reinhard Heydrich. And from 2017-2019, he was on Suits as Dr. Lipschitz.

Uma Thurman

Uma Thurman was part of Imposters, too, as Lenny Cohen, who was The Doctor's assassin.

Thurman has played parts in some iconic works, and some of this award-winning actress’ most notable roles were in films such as Dangerous Liaisons, Pulp Fiction, Kill Bill: Volume 1 and 2 and Batman & Robin.

Stephen Bishop

A spoiler alert is that while Maddie was in the middle of a con, she fell in love with a man who was conning her; Patrick Campbell was an undercover agent with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and was portrayed by Stephen Bishop.

Bishop is also a retired baseball player, as he signed a free agent contract with the Atlanta Braves after college. He then went on to act in movies like Moneyball and on TV shows like Lost, Grey's Anatomy and Criminal Minds (full of more FBI agents).

Laura Archbold

In Season 2, Sophia a.k.a. Rosa was introduced, and she was another con-artist who—spoiler alert number two—fell in love with Ezra.

The actress who brought this character to life was Laura Archbold, and she has been in Colombian shows like El Comandante, which is based on the life of Hugo Rafael Chávez Frias, and Always a Witch, with a story about a 17th-century witch who ends up in a modern place and time.
