Jacqueline Jossa is the most recent winner of I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! and she truly was an amazing contestant. On a series that was jam-packed with major celebrities from Ian Wright to Caitlyn Jenner, Jacqueline Jossa didn't stand out at first.

However, she was one of the most relatable people that has ever gone into the jungle, and she created some amazing moments. She got emotional about missing her family which helped her connect with audiences, but she was absolutely hilarious with a really fun personality that made her one of the most popular contestants of all time.

Dougie Poynter

Dougie

Dougie Poynter is another former winner, having been named King of the Jungle back in 2011. The McFly bassist was very popular coming into the show due to the band, but he made a whole new set of fans for himself due to how nice he was on the show.

Kerry Katona was the winner of the 2004 I'm a Celebrity...Get Me Out of Here! series and she was someone who became a huge hit in England because of this. She went on to get great brand deals and a big reason for that was how great she was within the jungle.

Kerry took everything head-on and didn't shy away from the challenges. She showed raw emotion, had great laughs, as well as come confrontations, bringing all of the emotions to the forefront which helped make her an iconic campmate.

Christopher Biggins

Chris Biggins

Christopher Biggins wasn't the biggest name in the camp heading into the show in 2007, but the actor ended up winning the series because of his incredible time in the jungle. Biggins was absolutely hilarious on the show, often being incredibly over the top within the camp, which was very funny.

His bushtucker trials were incredibly fun as well, especially the eating trial, which brought a lot of laughs. Plus, who can forget his encounter with a rat while he slept, which led to an amazing moment as he woke up screaming.

Joe Swash

Joe Swash

Joe Swash is another former King of the Jungle, having won the 2008 series and he was an incredible campmate on the show. He was the typical cockney lad who was happy to have banter with people, but he would also stand up for others when he felt people were being disrespected.

The fact he brought both great humor and some conflict to the series instantly made him stand out. He had a brilliant friendship with George Takei, which nobody saw coming ahead of time, and his bushtucker trials became incredibly iconic due to how over the top his reactions would be.

Gillian McKeith

Gillian McKeith

Gillian McKeith was at the centre of arguably the most memorable and iconic moment in the history of this reality series. When she was chosen to do the live bushtucker trial and pretended to faint in order to not do the challenge, she cemented herself as a legend of the show.

Gillian was part of countless trials during that series, and they always brought hilarious reactions which only led to the public choosing her more. She was confrontational and at times, very funny, and although she didn't win, Gillian certainly made an impression.

Paul Burrell

Paul Burrell

Paul Burrell was an unforgettable campmate within the history of this show. Heading into the series as someone who had worked for the Royal Family, audiences judged him early on. However, he went on to be totally different from what people expected, and that led to him being very funny.

His trials were some of the greatest in the history of the show, with his over the top reactions even making Ant and Dec lose their cool. He was a big personality within the camp as well, happy to stand up to situations and have confrontations, while also providing a lot of funnier moments as well.

Harry Redknapp

Harry Redknapp

When Harry Redknapp was announced or the 2018 series a lot of people were surprised with the legendary soccer manager not being someone anybody saw coming. However, he was a real breath of fresh air on the show, bringing overwhelming positivity and humor to the show.

Harry might have been one of the oldest contestants of all time, but he threw himself into everything, taking on challenges and trials without any complaints. He mingled with the younger contestants, dancing around and rapping, and went on to win the series, with Harry's love for his wife, Sandra, being one of the nicest moments from the show's history.

Katie Price & Peter Andre

Katie Price and Peter Andre

While this is technically two for the price of one, you can't really separate Peter Andre and Katie Price, can you? Both of them entered the jungle in 2004 for season three of the show and instantly became attracted to each other. The entire series saw them flirting and the romance caught the attention of everyone watching.

It helped take the show to new heights in terms of popularity, and that is something that helped make them iconic. The two of them went on to get married and have children, and Price actually returned to the jungle in 2009, although her second run wasn't quite as fun for her as the public voted her to consistently do trials.

Lady Colin Campbell

Lady C

While it's nice when everyone gets along and has fun together, there's no doubt that audiences really enjoy seeing people fallout and argue. That is something that Lady Colin Campbell brought to the show perfectly, creating arguments with pretty much everyone she shared the camp within 2015.

Because Lady Colin was very posh, the manner in which she argued was totally different from the rest of the campmates. She came out with some hilarious one-liners that became iconic with the show while her flirting with hosts Ant and Dec was also brilliant, making her a fantastic campmate.
