Here's every Ice Cube movie currently available to stream on Netflix. Ice Cube first broke through as a rapper in the late '80s thanks to groundbreaking albums such as N.W.A.'s Straight Outta Compton or his debut solo album AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted. It didn't take long for Cube to make the transition to acting and he made his debut in 1991's acclaimed Boyz n the Hood. From there, he appeared in Walter Hill's underrated thriller Trespass and moved on to leading roles in movies like the 1995 classic Friday, which spawned a franchise.

Ice Cube's movie career has never been anything less than interesting since then. There are evergreen favorites like Three Kings, cult bombs like Ghosts Of Mars and long-running series like the Barbershop movies. In recent years, he scored a surprise success with the original Ride Along - with Ride Along 3 still being possible - and co-created the sitcom Are We There Yet? that was based on his 2005 family comedy of the same name.

Cube's movie career has covered everything from thriller to comedy, horror to action, and even in his lesser outings he tends to be the most compelling performer. Here's every Ice Cube movie on Netflix, according to JustWatch.

Anaconda (1997)

Anaconda received largely terrible reviews but was a solid hit, and has since become a beloved creature feature. Anaconda also has a shockingly good cast - including Ice Cube, Jennifer Lopez and Owen Wilson - for what amounts to a silly b-movie, but what it lacks in originality it makes up for with a fast pace and well-executed attack sequences. The movie can also be found on DirecTV.

First Sunday (2008)

Another Ice Cube movie available on Netflix is First Sunday, a comedy that reteamed him with Are We There Yet? co-star Tracy Morgan. The story follows two inept criminal friends who plan to rob a church - which naturally doesn't go according to plan. The movie received largely mixed reviews and isn't one of either Cube or Morgan's best works, but the pairing of the two makes it an enjoyable, breezy watch.

Hip-Hop Evolution (2016)

Ice Cube featured in two episodes of Hip-Hop Evolution's first season: "Underground to the Mainstream" and "The Birth of Gangsta Rap," with the latter charting the rise of West Coast rap. The series is a fascinating look at the history and evolution of hip-hop and a must-see for fans.
