New fan art imagines what Chris Hemsworth could look like when he plays legendary WWE star Hulk Hogan in the upcoming biopic. The Australian actor, best known for embodying Thor in the Marvel Cinematic Universe is set to play the former wrestler in a Netflix movie directed by Joker's Todd Philips. The movie, which already has a script, will focus on Hogan's early years wrestling in Florida and culminates with the rise of Hulkamania at the height of his popularity in the 1980s.

Hemsworth, who recently shared what it will take for him to prepare for the role, including a physical transformation far beyond that seen for the Thor movies, has become known as one of the most bankable action stars in Hollywood. Not only have his appearances as the God of Thunder been wildly successful, his most recent Netflix action movie, Extraction, was recently revealed to be the most popular film in the streaming service's history.

Now, digital artist BossLogic has posted a render showing what a possible teaser poster for the movie could look like, featuring a shirtless Hemsworth sporting Hogan's trademark bleached blond handlebar mustache and mullet, as well as his reflective sunglasses and Hulkamania bandana. The teaser also speculates that the movie will be called Hulkamania, which is incredibly likely. You can see the fan art below.

The art is also accompanied by a render of Hemsworth's MCU colleague, Chris Evans, as Macho Man Randy Savage, who was another popular wrestler of the time, and part of a tag team with Hogan before igniting a bitter rivalry. BossLogic chooses to list Evans as Lucas Lee, though, a reference to the Captain America actor's role as an action star in Edgar Wright's 2010 movie Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. While it is not confirmed who will play the role of Savage, Evans is a fun fan casting, and it would be great to see the pair reunite on screen.

The fan art does a good job showing off the fact that Hemsworth can assume Hogan's look pretty easily. However, one thing it gets wrong is Hemsworth's size. The shot of his torso is of Hemsworth at his most ripped during Thor:Ragnarok, and as Hemsworth said in a recent interview, he'll have to bulk up to play Hogan. The wrestler was known for his sheer intimidating size, standing at 6 foot 7 inches and weighing in at almost 300 pounds.

While Hemsworth is fairly tall at 6 foot 3 inches, he'll have to do some work to bulk up to match Hogan's physicality. Regardless, Hemsworth seems like a good fit to portray the wrestling legend. Hulk Hogan was known for his large personality and quick humor, and Hemsworth has the right balance of charm and intensity to pull off the role. So long as he can bulk up and get Hogna's accent right, he'll do just fine in the role.
