Those who have pulled the SSR Samir in Tower of Fantasy will undoubtedly notice the sleek red motorbike featured in her splash art — a Vehicle known as the Crimson Meteor. This futuristic Mount resembles a red koi fish with two massive blue eyes. Regardless, it still manages to look fantastic thanks to its stylish body, fancy decor, and animation. While most vehicles in Tower of Fantasy are heavily dependent on RNG to be unlocked, the Crimson Meteor is an item from an in-game shop that is guaranteed to become available to those with enough Tech Store Tokens.
Tech Store Tokens serve as a currency earned via activities in the new housing system of Artificial Island introduced in Tower of Fantasy's 1.5 Update. However, they are not earned directly but are instead obtained from the Exchange Store, a shop available after the player home has been unlocked. To gain access to the housing and building system on Artificial Island, Wanderers must travel across the region in search of ten Developer's Logs. Unfortunately, these collectibles are extremely challenging to find, so players are encouraged to use online or video guides to find all ten.
After accessing the building mode of Artificial Island, Tower of Fantasy fans must move on to the second step of unlocking the Crimson Meteor, which involves intense grinding. According to Attack of the Fanboy, Wanderers must craft and procure Metal Materials ×20,000, Fiber Materials ×20,000, Energy Materials ×20,000, Supply Materials ×20,000, and Renovation Materials ×20,000 to get the first hundred Tech Store Tokens. Next, players must refine these resources to make Composite Materials ×600 and Quality Building Materials ×600.
Unlocking The Crimson Meteor In Tower Of Fantasy
YouTube channel TrinityThr333 has attempted to calculate the time needed to craft all the materials listed above. They concluded that the process could take up to approximately 7,000 hours, which amounts to 10 months. Of course, this calculation has possible errors, as such a time sink sounds preposterous. However, other community members have stated that Tech Store Tokens ×140 will indeed take months for the average player to earn, resulting in the Crimson Meteor Vehicle in Tower of Fantasy being a massive investment to unlock.
The Artificial Island's crafting system is slow and has several limitations to ensure players cannot exploit or speed up the procurement process. The Crimson Meteor is an excellent Vehicle, but it is evident that only those who stick with Tower of Fantasy for months until 2.0 and beyond will be able to obtain this Mount.
