Constellations are part of the way that players can invest in skill trees within the world of Genshin Impact. That being said, it may not be the most obvious thing to unlock in the game as it is not directly impacted by leveling up right away. There are six constellations available for each of the 22 playable characters. Leaving players a total of 132 constellations to unlock in total.
Constellations offer boons to stats, positive effects, and passive checks. Due to this, they are well worth the materials they require to be unlocked. This main material that can be traded in to unlock Constellations is Stella Fortuna.
How to Get Stella Fortuna Material for Constellations in Genshin Impact
There are four main ways players can obtain Stella Fortuna. These first three of the four options can be done by a player's main character while the fourth bonus option can only be performed by duplicate characters. The first and main way players can gain Stella Fortuna is through progressing through the main story. This way of collecting the material will not cost the player anything other than time and dedication.
The next option for players to obtain Stella Fortuna material is by simply buying it. Stella Fortuna can be bought from the souvenir shop called Paimon's Bargains. Stella Fortuna will be part of the Wishing Items within the store. This may be a more expensive route, however, it requires very little time from the player.
The third option available for players to gain Stella Fortuna is through Adventure Rank rewards. This means that the player will need to reach a specific level to unlock some Stella Fortuna. However, a player's adventure rank can be raised through many activities outside of just completing Archon quests. This includes daily tasks, daily commissions, domains, hunts, teleporting to waypoints, and opening chests. Players can quickly gain Adventure Ranks and Stella Fortuna through these activities.
The final option can only be done by duplicate characters. Multiples of characters can easily be collected by simply going back through a sweeping through quests or activities in a specific area again. They can also be obtained through wishes. However, this second method will turn the duplicate into Masterless Starglitters and Stella Fortuna. With these several methods, players should have plenty of options to build up their Stella Fortuna stock.
