Building a motorcycle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is one of the many possibilities offered by the new and critically-acclaimed Nintendo Switch game. With Link’s new powers, players can attempt to create many different objects and machinery throughout their journey through Hyrule. While a few funny creations ultimately serve no purpose other than humor, a few others can aid the Hylian knight on his quest to find Princess Zelda.
With Hyrule being such a vast continent – even more so with its new Sky Islands and the Depths – having a quicker means of transportation can be useful. Some players have already built cars in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and although it is an excellent improvised vehicle, there are alternatives to it. One of them is using a motorcycle in Tears of the Kingdom, which is not only smaller but more practical thanks to its improved maneuverability.
Zonai Devices Needed For Building A Motorcycle
Before players can build a motorcycle, they will need to have a few components in hand to glue them together. It is important to point out that, with the wide open building system, players can customize their motorcycles however they prefer – it will probably not look anything like the Master Cycle Zero motorcycle in Zelda: Breath of the Wild, but it will serve the same purpose.
As demonstrated by Switch Handled on YouTube, players will need the following items: 1x Steering Stick, 2x Small Wheels, 1x Portable Pot, and 1x Stabilizer. These are all Zonai Devices in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, and they can be gathered by exchanging Zonai Charges in the Device Dispensers spread across Hyrule, its underground Depths, and its floating Sky Islands. A few of them come as rewards from specific chests and quests, but the best way to get the necessary Zonai Devices for the motorcycle is through the Device Dispensers.
How To Build A Motorcycle
After players have all the necessary components to build a motorcycle in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, they need only place these items on the floor. By using the Ultra Hand ability, players can grab and attach the components. The first step is to connect the Stabilizer to the rear end of the front Small Wheel. With that done, players need to flip the Portable Pot sideways and attach that to the front end of the back Small Wheel.
The final steps are to attach these two structures – connecting the Stabilizer to the Portable Pot – and placing the Steering Wheel on top of the Stabilizer. After all the grabbing and attaching parts are dealt with, players need only flip their motorcycle over and climb aboard the Steering Wheel to start driving it across Hyrule in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
