One of the first weapons players will unlock during their travels in Mt. Moonspell in Vampire Survivors is Silver Wind, an armament that generates orb projectiles that orbit around the player character and travel in relation to the wielder's movements. As a result, Silver Wind is one of the best early-game weapons since it can take out multiple enemies with little positioning input from the player character. Players must survive 15 minutes to get Silver Wind with the weapon's original owner, Miang Moonspell. Miang is likely the first character players will unlock in the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC, resulting in the Silver Wind becoming the DLC's introductory weapon.

Vampire Survivors' Miang Moonspell can be found in the dojo of Mt. Moonspell, east of the starting area, and Vampire Survivors fans can unlock her Silver Wind for other characters by surviving with Miang for 15 minutes. If players are struggling to survive in the new stage for this duration, there is no shame in returning to the easier areas of the game, such as Mad Forest. After all, there is no specificity regarding where Miang reaches the 15-minute mark in Vampire Survivors: Legacy of the Moonspell.

Evolving Silver Wind into Festive Winds in Vampire Survivors

Pummarola in Vampire Survivors

The next step Vampire Survivors players will doubtless want to take after getting Silver Wind is evolving it into its superior evolution form, Festive Winds. Festive Winds functions similarly to Silver Wind in its projectiles' orbital pathing; however, the orbs will also cast a damage multiplier debuff when striking an enemy target. Accordingly, hostile mobs struck by Festive Winds will take more damage from all sources. This combative mechanic, even for Vampire Survivors beginners, can come in handy when dealing with enemies during the mid and end-game portion of a stage run when monsters spawn with considerably more HP than the beginning.

As demonstrated via Vampire Survivors gameplay by YouTuber Fortross, players can evolve Silver Wind into Festive Winds by getting a Passive Item called Pummarola to max level. Pummarola is the same heart-shaped Passive Item used to evolve Garlic into Soul Eater. To get Pummarola on Mt. Moonspell, players must explore the area of the map southwest of the starting location. Glancing at the Milky Way Map will give fans a clearer idea of where this Passive Item can be found. Alternatively, using the Mad Groove Arcana will instantly grant players all stage items on the map, enabling them to quickly get started on leveling Pummarola to its max. Once Silver Wind has attained Level 8, and Pummarola has reached Level 5, players can trigger the Festive Winds weapon evolution in Vampire Survivors.
