Connor Walsh and Oliver Hampton had one of the best romantic relationships in How To Get Away With Murder. The two become such a fan favorite couple that they were nicknamed ''Coliver." There was never a shortage of drama between them but their love stood strong. They eventually got married.
In a flashforward scene depicting Annalise's funeral in the future, Connor and Oliver were shown attending. They were older and still together, which was good news for fans of Coliver. Connor Makes Up With Oliver After Using Him And Blowing Off Their Dinner Date
In Season One, Connor was in the mood to do anything possible to help Annalise win cases. He first slept with Oliver to obtain illegal information from him and as soon as Oliver was brought into Annalise's circle, the two began seeing each other.
Connor later used Oliver to get info that would discredit Marjorie's friend as a witness. And despite using him several times, he still blew off their dinner date. Later, Connor went to Oliver's apartment and bought him takeout in the second episode "It's All Her Fault" as a way to make up with him. Despite being angry, Oliver gladly accepted this gesture.
Oliver Consoles Connor After Sam Keating's Murder
After participating in the murder of Sam and hiding the evidence, Connor was deeply troubled, so he went to Oliver's apartment. Oliver could clearly notice that Connor was not okay. He thought he was on drugs, something Connor denied.
After Oliver smelled smoke on Connor's body, Connor had no option but to confess that he did something really bad. As Connor screamed "I screwed up" over and over again, Oliver put his hand on his shoulder and consoled him, telling him it didn't matter. Not caring what crime your partner has committed is proof enough of true love.
Connor Almost Shoots Annalise After She Threatens Oliver
When everyone was trying to cover up Sinclair's murder in Season 2, Annalise called 911 to inform the police that Catherine had just shot her. She then tried to give a gun to Connor, who refused. Angry, she told him that she'd ruin Oliver's life and make him go to jail.
Connor didn't take these words too kindly. He grabbed the gun that Annalise had and prepared himself to shoot her in the head. He almost did it but Michaela jumped in between them to stop him from doing something he was going to regret. Connor came back to his senses and dropped the gun. He exited the room, but not before letting out a rant on how he hated Annalise.
Connor Confronts Oliver About Deleting His Stanford Acceptance Email
Connor had his own idea of what was best for Oliver and one thing he felt he needed to do was go to Stanford. However, this wasn't a priority for Oliver who actually received an acceptance letter via email but deleted it.
Connor went on to confront Oliver about this in the premiere episode of Season 3. Connor soon learned that Oliver did it deliberately so that he could break up with him. He refused to break up with Oliver and reaffirms his love for him. This confused Oliver, who was left with no choice but to break up with Connor himself.
Oliver Lets Connor Stay With Him After The Break-Up
It almost felt like teenage love with these two. After dumping Connor, Oliver told him that he didn't have to move out or be in a hurry to get another apartment.
Strangely enough, when Oliver came back home one night and found that Connor had made dinner, he refused to eat it. Connor also tried to kiss him but he refused. This was probably his way of punishing Connor. Left with no choice, Connor went to stay at Michaela's apartment instead.
Connor Tells Off Matt For Trying To Hit On Both Him And Oliver
In Season 3's third episode titled "Always Bet Black," the team went to a casino where Matt began hitting on Oliver. Noticing this, Asher came over to Connor and asked him if he was okay with it. Though jealous, Connor said that everything was fine because he and Oliver had broken up.
Minutes later, Matt tried to hit on Connor too, telling him that he was more of his type. This angered Connor who accused him of playing with both of their feelings and not respecting them. Sadly, Oliver didn't understand. He thought that Connor had sabotaged him, so he came over to confront him.
Oliver Gets Jealous When Connor Starts Hooking Up With Guys From Humper
After their break up, Connor began surfing the dating site Humper for new partners. He even used the app in the presence of Oliver, something Michaela wasn't pleased about.
Connor's prospects were good. He continued to receive plenty of messages from Humper. He even went on to sleep with two students at their dorm room. Oliver was jealous of the attention that Connor was getting, going as far as to say that Connor had probably slept with half of guys in the building. He even told Connor "You can go out and hook up as much as you want, just maybe don’t rub it in my face.”
Connor And Oliver Kiss And Make Up At Michaela's Apartment
Since Oliver's prospects weren't looking as good as Connor's, the team tried to hook him up with Thomas. Sadly, Thomas wasn't too interested. When Laurel invited everyone for drinks, Oliver asked Connor to him but Connor refused.
Later that night, Oliver arrived at Michaela's apartment drunk after going to the bar alone and ranted at how nobody really loved him. He then confessed to Oliver that he missed him and the two ended up making love on Michaela's bed. When Asher and Michaela arrived later on, Asher was thrilled that the two had reconciled.
Connor And Oliver Discuss Marriage
After the incident at Michaela's apartment, the lovebirds realized that they were really meant to be together. In the premiere episode of Season 4, they were seen at a bar where they argued whether they should get married.
The team later met Annalise where she informed them of her decision to let everyone go their separate ways. This caused plenty of tension. When Connor and Oliver went back home, Connor told him that he really wanted to marry him. However, he wanted to wait until everything had settled down first.

While celebrating a court victory in Season 4's seventh episode titled "Nobody Roots for Goliath," Connor went on to credit Oliver for all of his happiness. He then went on to propose to him with a twisty-tie taken from their loaf of bread.
