Biyomon is a bird-like Digimon that players can befriend in the newest RPG title in the franchise, Digimon Survive. Originally announced in 2018, Digimon Survive has finally launched and promises to be a slightly darker, survival-style RPG game. In order to survive in the alternate world that protagonist Takuma Momozuka has found himself in, players need to collect Digimon by befriending them and asking them to join the team; Biyomon, like other Digimon, can be obtained this way.
In order to befriend Digimon in Digimon Survive, players need to have conversations with these sentient monsters and answer a series of questions. Digimon have different personalities, so answering the questions in a way that connects with each Digimon's personality is important. If players do not answer the questions correctly, they will not befriend the Digimon or get them to join the team.
To befriend and get Biyomon in Digimon Survive, players need to earn at least three points by answering questions that appeal to its honest side. Unlike Betamon, who is peaceful, and Gotsumon, who is a prankster, Biyomon seeks honestly above all else.
How to befriend Biyomon in Digimon Survive
Players can encounter Biyomon in the beginning of Part 2, shortly after unlocking the Free Bat area in Digimon Survive. Free Bat is where players can find Betamon and Gotsumon, so they will already be familiar with the questions and answers routine. The other Digimon that can be found in Free Bat is Gazimon, a Digimon with large claws that looks somewhat mammalian.
Once players find Biyomon, speak with it. At various points in the conversation, players will need to answer questions; there are four answer choices for each question, and they are worth a variable amount of points. Since Biyomon values honesty, players should give similarly styled answer choices. Below are the possible questions and best answer choices to give when trying to befriend Biyomon in Digimon Survive:
- Question: Whenever I meet a scary monster, I just start apologizing. Weird, right? | Answer: You're a scaredy-cat.
- Question: Someday I'm gonna run this joint! | Answer: Not a chance!
- Question: What's the most important thing to you? | Answer: Food!
- Question: Why are leaves green? | Answer: It's the chlorophyll.
- Question: What do you do for fun? | Answer: Tag!
- Question: I don't care how tough you are, I'm not gonna lose! | Answer: Nice, so energetic!
- Question: Have you ever told a lie? | Answer: Never ever.
Players only need to earn 3 or more points, and each correct answer will earn two points, so it should not be too difficult to befriend Biyomon and add it to the team in Digimon Survive.
