To Digivolve a Digimon from Champion to Ultimate in Digimon Survive, Tamers must farm a Digivolution Item called Perfect Enlightenment Slabs.

Perfect Enlightenment Slabs are Digivolution Items in Digimon Survive that are used to Digivolve a Digimon from Champion to its Ultimate stage. Tamers aiming to upgrade their Digimon by enhancing their capabilities and bolstering their stats will need to know how to farm these high-tier Digivolution Items to take more demanding challenges and opponents during their playthrough in Digimon Survive.

Digimon Survive Tamers can use Perfect Enlightenment Slabs by opening the in-game Pause Menu and selecting Status. Here, they will be given a list of their current Digimon roster, from which they can choose the digital monster they wish to Digivolve. Next, head to the Evolution Tab and select an evolution for the Digimon to which it will transform. Many digital monsters have multiple Digivolutions from which Tamers can choose, so properly selecting the one with the desirable stats and abilities is crucial. If the creature is going from Champion to Ultimate, a Perfect Enlightenment Slab will be required for the evolution to occur. Keep in mind that the Digimon will be unable to devolve once this change has been made.

Players can farm these Ultimate Digivolution Items in Digimon Survive by talking with Monzaemon or MagnaAngemon during combat. Monzaemon is Puppet Digimon that resembles a yellow teddy bear, and MagnaAngemon is an Angel Digimon that looks like an armored angel wielding a purple blade. Players can find Monzaemon in Free Battles within the Second Island Area, and MagnaAngemon can be encountered in Free Battles in the Factory Area.
