Erika Jayne has been telling her side of the story on the newest season of RHOBH, but she has left fans with more questions than answers.

The bombs keep dropping for Erika and her husband, Tom. Recently, the attorney claimed Erika knew about his legal troubles. Bravo fans have been keeping up to date with Tom's legal issues after he was accused of embezzling money from the victims of Lion Air Flight 610. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hils fans will recall that Tom was charged with embezzling over $2 million from the orphans and widows left behind by the victims in the plane crash in order to pay for his and Erika's ostentatious lifestyle. His firm, Girardi & Keese, was forced to claim bankruptcy, and Tom may be put into a nursing home. The trustees in charge of investigating discovered evidence that alleged the law firm sent $25 million to Erika's LLC, EJ Global.

Lawyers who are investigating the case recently rushed to court to reveal that they found mystery bank accounts supposedly belong to Tom (via Radar Online). The trustees have been trying their best to pay back the victims of Tom's embezzlement, even amid his bankruptcy hearings. On September 22, a trustee asked the court for permission to collect financial documents and records from Chase and Citi Bank. The trustee claimed that after further investigating Tom's financial books, he discovered numerous accounts, though there isn't much information on what the accounts actually contain.

The trustee wants the records from the banks so he can develop a clearer view of Tom's financial situation. The trustee noted that permission to review the statements could lead to recovering some of the lost money. Fans of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are well aware that Tom owes a whopping $101 million to creditors after it was alleged that he funneled money meant for the victims to Erika.

Erika is currently fighting a $25 million lawsuit that claimed Tom had Girardi & Keese pay her bills from 2008 to 2020. The singer claimed on a recent RHOBH episode that she had no money, but fans aren't buying it. Erika has been seen boarding a private jet in the last few months, partying in Las Vegas, and looking at a new home. While she has remained quiet, Tom has openly spoken out against her. The latest season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is coming to an end with fans' anticipation for the four-part tell-all running high after the cast teased that the reunion is largely focused on Erika Jayne.
