Following the August 11 episode of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Sutton Stracke went on the RHOBH After Show and commented on the news of money being put into Erika Jayne's LLC. In the article that hit the housewives like a bombshell this episode, it was revealed that Tom Girardi's law firm allegedly gave a $20 million loan to Erika's entertainment LLC. This all came after a season of Erika Jayne crying with her costars and portraying herself as a victim of a failing marriage. As the housewives learned more about her involvement throughout the episode, many began to take sides.

Although news about the Girardi case continues to develop both in real-time and throughout the show, many perspectives have already been given by the housewives. Lisa Rinna and Crystal Kung-Minkoff have recently been reported to side with Erika, while Garcelle Beauvais has been portrayed in opposition to Erika on the show. Many of the debates among the housewives and their fans are about whether Erika knew about the money, or whether she was in the dark, as she previously asserted. Many, such as Garcelle, are doubting Erika's complete ignorance of the situation.

On this week's episode of RHOBH After Show, Sutton Stracke shared her opinion on the matter with Garcelle, stating strongly, "If 20 million $ is coming into your LLC, you are responsible to know where that money is coming from." After a clip of a previous scene from the season in which Erika told Garcelle that she had no involvement in her personal finances, Sutton also shared, "I don't like someone saying 'I don't know where that money came from.' I don't like it." She continued, "I think it's irresponsible, and it makes women look bad." Sutton ended her comment succinctly, saying, "And that's it, I'm sorry, I don't like it."

This is not Stracke's first time commenting on her opinion in the Girardi matter. Even in this week's episode, she argued to the other housewives, "If her name is on that LLC, she is responsible for that LLC." In previous interviews, Sutton has also given her opinion on Erika Jayne's supposed lack of remorse, noting that if she had been in Erika's place, she would not have acted similarly. Sutton, who is known for valuing poise, decorum, and honesty from her southern upbringing, seems to no longer see these attributes in Erika, her only other southern companion on the show.

It seems as if Sutton is now proving herself as one of the most critical housewives this season, kicking out the usual titleholder, Lisa Rinna, whose brand is all about taking accountability. But as Sutton has shared more and more of her distrust and disappointment with Erika, Lisa is moving in the opposite direction, blindly supporting her. The tables are turning, and it looks as if Sutton is the new "own it" girl. Where does that leave Lisa? Will she be out in the cold if Erika Jayne turns out to be the wrong southern girl to trust?
