Monique Samuels will not be appearing on the cast trip for The Real Housewives of Potomac. She will also not be filming with Gizelle Bryant or Candiace Dillard Bassett.

The new season of RHOP has gotten off to a rocky start due to Candiace’s and Monique’s ongoing feud that turned physical during the last episode. What was meant to be a nice gathering over some wine and cheese turned into a brawl, and all the women left confused as to how it turned ugly so quickly.

Now, @BravoobsessedUK reports that Monique will not be taking part in some of the season's biggest moments. After the altercation, Gizelle made it known that she would not film with Monique. Word on the street is the mother of three felt very uncomfortable with how the whole situation went down. Screen Rant previously reported that Candiace also made it clear she would not film an episode with Monique and even hinted that one of them may leave the show after this season. Check out the post below:

Fans were extremely disappointed in how Monique lost control during the situation, but also place equal blame on Candiace for provoking her and trying to use a wine glass in self-defense. During the fight, Candiace egged Monique on by continuing to talk over her. Producers should have stepped in the moment Monique started tossing the beauty queen's hair, but she blacked out and it all went sideways. The two both pressed charges against one another after the incident took place, but the charges were eventually dropped by the judge. Monique’s only defense was the fact that she claimed she "blacked out." Producers tried to calm the reality star down, but she told them, "You keep talking. You literally want someone to hit you, so that's what happened."

The bad feelings between the women should have never come to a head as they did. The rest of the housewives were shell-shocked, as this was not the type of TV they signed up for. Many explained that their role was to show black women in a better light, but they feel the fight fell into the stereotypes they were trying to overcome. Currently, Karen Huger is trying to plan a sit down for the women to discuss their feelings. But the preview for next week showed the conversation going left as the women were angry with how Monique acted, leaving her to wonder if she should step aside from the popular franchise.
