Eboni K. Williams is a newcomer on The Real Housewives of New York. She is making history as the first Black housewife on the franchise. But according to Williams, two housewives are already starting to make her feel like a "third wheel."

American attorney and TV personality Eboni K. Williams is set to make her Housewives' debut in season 13 of RHONY. Her casting was announced after the show decided to fire cast member Dorinda Medley over the summer due to reports she was difficult to work with.  At the time Eboni's addition to the cast announced, she shared her excitement to represent the many successful women of color living in the Big Apple. She joins current cast members Luann de Lesseps, Ramona Singer, Leah McSweeney, and Sonja Morgan. Now that filming is underway, Eboni is opening up about her energy with the returning housewives.

While speaking with Glamour on October 19, Eboni shared how she's vibing with her new castmates. The former Fox News commentator touched on how she and Leah have been hanging out with each other outside of filming after realizing they have “a lot of organic, natural things in common." Additionally, her previous relationship with Luann is also helping them to connect more onscreen. “[There’s] Luann, who I’ve known casually throughout the years. We kind of found ourselves in similar social circles sometimes, and she’s great. Luann is Luann. That’s been fun hanging out with her in this capacity.”

But when it comes to longtime friends Ramona and Sonja, it appears it might take more time for the Revolt News host to build a connection. “I’m just meeting Ramona and Sonja. I call them Frick and Frack," she revealed. "They are a powerhouse duo in their own right. They’ve been at it for 20-plus years in terms of their relationship and their friendship with each other" she added. But has their pre-existing friendship already led to a strain with the newcomer? Eboni hinted at the possibility. "Sometimes it’s a little hard to get in there when you’re the newbie, and this thing has been a well-oiled machine for long before I got here," she explained. "Ramona and Sonja, in particular, are very, very close and that’s cool. That’s great. I love best friendships. But does it feel like a third wheel type of thing sometimes? A little bit."

It sounds like there's already some early tension brewing into the mix. Eboni expressed her hopefulness with the ladies after a warm welcome. "They have been very gracious thus far in terms of at least being open to getting to know me," she shared. "I think that’s a good place to start.”
