Former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Kathryn Edwards recently revealed that she witnessed Lisa Vanderpump helping producers control the storylines for the show. This isn't the first accusation against Lisa for manipulation, but rather one in a long line of similar callouts from former and current RHOBH castmembers regarding Lisa's behavior on the show.

Kathryn made her debut on season six of RHOBH back in 2016, but decided to move on after just one season. Still, Kathryn had some memorable moments during her short time on the show. Kathryn faced off against Faye Resnik, and had an iconic conversation with Erika Jayne about LVP. Erika warned Kathryn that Lisa was a "sniper from the side," which Kathryn then reported to Lisa herself. After Kathryn left the show, Lisa continued to get accused of shady behavior. Most notably, Kyle Richards later alleged that Lisa gave false information about Dorit Kemsley to the press in order to control the narrative of "Puppy Gate." Perhaps this is why Kathryn recently came forward to share her own experience with Lisa's manipulation.

Kathryn recently appeared on the Behind the Velvet Rope with David Yontef podcast, where she shared her thoughts about Lisa controlling the narrative on the show. Kathryn said, "We were filming the scene at Erika’s house and Tom [Girardi] was there. And it was after I had already told Vanderpump and the rest of the girls like, ‘Hey, you know, Erika was like, warning me about you and I should stay away from you. And she said that like you’re a sniper or whatever it was.' And so we’re there having this dinner and we were all great. Everyone was getting along.” However, things took a turn when a producer reached out to Lisa to ask how the dinner was going.

Katherine continued, "Vanderpump got a text that said, ‘This dinner is really boring, make something happen. So she showed it to me and I thought, OK, well, let’s go then. Let’s make dinner and get out of here." Katherine also added that the drama that ensued on the show was not how things ended during the actual dinner. Katherine said, "And the whole conversation was completely different than the way they ended up showing it. There was no kicking anyone out of the house. We all hugged. And it was great. But they made that look so different.”

Katherine's motive for coming forward with this information is unknown, as both Katherine and Lisa are no longer on the show. Still, accusations against Lisa painting her as the villain are nothing new. It is interesting to hear them come from Katherine, as she and Lisa seemed to be allies and friends during their time on the show together. Regardless, Katherine provided fans an inside look as to how scenes can be manipulated in order to create more drama for the show.
