Cary Deuber joined The Real Housewives of Dallas as a full-time cast member from season one until season three. She was later demoted to a "friend of" for season four, though it was rumored that Cary herself chose to take a step back from the series to focus on other projects. Cary left the franchise for good after the fourth season, and Jen Davis took her place on the show. Since leaving the Bravo series, Cary decided to focus her energy on her husband and her career.

The former housewife was well-liked by the viewers of RHOD. Even though she had a type-A personality and dry sense of humor, Cary had a huge heart when it came to her family and her castmates. Surprisingly, Cary was close with all of her castmates, including Leanne Locken. However, her time on the show had to come to a close after her part-time role last season. While Cary opened up much of her life to the viewers, they did not get to see everything they need to know about Cary Deuber.

Cary Deuber was born on May 30, 1976, in Hartford, Connecticut. However, the 44-year-old did not live there for long. Instead, she grew up in Ohio (via Reality Television Wiki). Cary and her family later moved to Texas, where she attended high school. After graduating from high school, Cary went on to attend Baylor University, where she received a Bachelor's degree in the Science of Nursing, according to her About Me page on her website. During her time at school, Cary worked at the Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, where she got into vascular and trauma surgery. Cary later attended UCLA, where she got her Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant Degree. She then transitioned into plastic and reconstructive surgery, freelancing for many plastic surgeons until she found her now-husband, Mark Deuber.

At first, Cary and Mark were just "work buddies" until they became something more. The couple then tied the knot and welcomed their daughter, Zuri, in 2013. When Cary and Mark got married, she also became a stepmother to his two children, Gray and Lara, from his first marriage. The RHOD alum now works with her husband at his plastic surgery practice in Dallas, where the pair grew the business together. From her successful career as a plastic surgeon nurse and her role on the Bravo series, Cary has been able to amass an estimated net worth of $1.5 million as of 2020, according to Featured Biography. The mother of one may no longer be cashing those Bravo checks, but she has gained quite the following by appearing on the show.

Cary has been very active on Instagram since she left RHOD for good in 2020. She has been putting her time and energy into her husband's practice, as well as her daughter and two stepchildren. Cary was beloved by Housewives fans and hopes she will one day make an appearance on the show again, and maybe even come back as a full-time housewife.
