Former star of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Brandi Glanville, recently revealed the reason for her current hospitalization to her social media followers. She posted a photo on Twitter of her swollen hand on Tuesday. The podcaster guessed she was bitten by something while sleeping, but she was hesitant to get it checked by a doctor because "she was busy" that day.
Brandi was a full-time cast member on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills between season 3 and season 5. During her time on the show, fans could rely on her to bring weekly drama and controversy to their screens. During one of her first scenes on the show, she accused ex-housewife Kim Richards of doing drugs in the bathroom of someone else's home. Although the two are now good friends, that encounter set the tone for the rest of Brandi's time on the hit Bravo show. The 48-year-old still lingered around the RHOBH crew after she was no longer a housewife and continued to stir the pot with the cast members. During season 10, Brandi claimed Denise Richards was unfaithful to her husband and was having an affair with the Unfiltered podcast host. The allegations ultimately led Denise to leave the show.
Brandi gave an update on her hospitalization through her social media accounts. After seeing her hand, fans urged the reality star to go to the ER and take her ring off in case the swelling increased. After posting the initial tweet about her swollen hand, Brandi updated her fans on Twitter later on Tuesday. "My little piggy hoofer has an infected bite of some kind (not human) spending my day at ER I wanted to leave but they said I could lose a limb so I’m chilling -ON A TUESDAY!!!!," Brandi said. She also posted photos of her hand on her Instagram stories.
On Wednesday, Brandi posted an Instagram picture of herself in the hospital with a caption updating her followers on the status of her swollen hand. After praising the first responders who helped her, Brandi said, "We are not exactly sure what we are dealing with we believe it may be an infected spider bite." The ex-housewife reassured her followers that she would post updates as they come. Fans flooded the comment section wishing Brandi a safe and speedy recovery.
Although the former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star posted a picture of herself with a concerned look on her face on her Instagram story, she seems to be in high spirits despite her current health situation.
