Former cast member on The Real Housewives of New York City Bethenny Frankel recently put her $7 million New York City apartment on the market after purchasing the abode a few years prior. When Bethenny returned to the Bravo series for season seven after leaving before season four, she became known for her desire to buy, renovate, and flip apartments after finding a better one for her and her daughter, Bryn. Now that she is engaged to her Boston-based boyfriend, Paul Bernon, she may be leaving the Big Apple for good.

After the mother of one rejoined RHONY in 2015, Bethenny brought the viewers inside her new lifestyle since she started on the show in 2008. Her Skinny Girl brand grew exponentially since she first started it during the early days of RHONY, allowing her to live a life fans later found to be aspirational. During season seven, she purchased a new home and quickly got to work on renovations. Shortly after, she bought her SoHo apartment and did a complete renovation on that home as well. Here's an inside look at Bethenny's $7 million SoHo apartment.

According to Reality Blurb, the 50-year-old is getting ready to sell her $7 million NYC pad with Million Dollar Listing: New York real estate agent Ryan Serhant. Bethenny's apartment, which was featured in Architectural Digest, includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The ritzy apartment is not only located in the most sought-after neighborhood of SoHo, but it also includes high ceilings, a multi-zone central A/C, and beautiful refinished hardwood floors. Once you enter the apartment, a guest bathroom is nearby, with an open-concept living room located close to the dining room and kitchen. Despite the functional layout, the former reality star forked over quite a bit of money to do a complete overhaul of the apartment.

Other eye-catching features in the apartment include custom built-ins, stained oak millwork, a pair of fireplaces, high-end light fixtures, and oversized windows, which can be found in the spacious living room. Moving on to the kitchen, Bethenny replaced the old cabinetry with lacquer cabinets, marble countertops, and a stunning glass backsplash. Her master suite featured a jaw-dropping marble bathroom with a walk-in rain shower and a massive oval-shaped soaking tub. Connected to her suite were her walk-in closet and a glam room.

Bethenny's daughter's room featured its own private closet and a full bathroom with a long rectangular tub and floating vanity. The third bedroom was transformed into a home office with a dark wood wall and black accent walls. Bethenny has had quite an impressive list of homes in her life, but her SoHo apartment would have to take the cake. The clean lines, marble features, and spacious living room and kitchen make fans wonder how she could leave such a beautiful space. However, her love for Paul supersedes any home, even her gorgeous SoHo apartment.
