Twitch streamer Tyler Blevins joins the cast of the new Hotel Transylvania: Transformania movie, also known as Hotel Transylvania 4. The Hotel Transylvania franchise began in September 2012, with the release of the original Hotel Transylvania movie. The story follows the adventures of monsters who reside in the hotel, a place where they can escape persecution from humans. The first movie grossed $358 million at the global box office and was followed up by Hotel Transylvania 2 and Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation. Hotel Transylvania: Transformania will release via Amazon Prime Video in January 2022.
According to Yahoo, popular YouTuber and Twitch streamer Blevins, who goes by the online name ‘Ninja’ has joined the cast. He will voice a character known as Party Monster in his animated movie debut. Blevins recently cameoed in the hit Ryan Reynolds vehicle Free Guy. He also appeared in The Masked Singer season 2 back in 2019.
Already a hugely popular online personality with millions of followers on Twitch, appearing alongside Selena Gomez and others in Hotel Transylvania 4 could be the beginning of a successful career transition for Blevins, should he choose to focus on acting moving forward. As of now, he doesn't appear to have further credits coming up, but things can often move quickly in Hollywood, so it's possible Blevins will receive offers following the movie's release. However, it seems likely his focus will remain on professional gaming for a while at least. If Hotel Transylvania: Transformania is a big success, Blevins could well be inspired to take other acting roles in the future.
