It's common for horror movies to be too creepy, gruesome, or shocking for viewers to watch. But horror flicks aren't the only disturbing movies out there. Even some comedies or dramas might be nightmarish.

When Rob and Holly attempt to be intimate, that's when Nina appears in her gruesome and bloody state. Nina won't let the couple have a normal relationship and she strangely becomes a loved member of the group. This horror-comedy movie is so uncomfortably eccentric, it may never be watched again.

The controversial and grotesque movie, Human Centipede is one that everyone agrees belongs on this list. It has such a disturbing concept that many movie fans refused to watch it even one time. Two tourist women go on a trip to Europe. After their car breaks down, they find themselves in the home of a mad scientist who drugs them and confines them to surgical beds in a locked room.

From that moment on the most disgusting and petrifying bodily operations happen that will leave any movie fan deciding to never watch this movie again, much less the 2 sequels that were released a few years later.

She is perfectly capable of taking care of herself but her lack of hearing puts her in more peril than anyone. The masked killer realizes that his victim is deaf and plays a series of creepy and cruel games.

The 2017 remake of the 1990 horror film is a modern rendition with a more eerie ambiance that makes viewers want to put this movie away and never think of clowns again.

The movie Martyrs is a psychological thriller and horror that brings trauma to the forefront and viewers are left feeling that the victim has taken things too far. Lucie, a young woman who suffers from a terrible event in her past involving kidnapping and torture, decides to seek revenge. Her friend Anna who also suffered abuse is convinced to go along with Lucie but things start to go from getting revenge to doing the unspeakable.

The feelings of dread and suspense are felt by the viewers as violent scenes and the constant climax unfold to the very end of the film. This is a film that is not easily forgotten and that one doesn't really ever need to watch again.

Netflix fans might have already come across the horror movie The Platform. It is a movie that can be described as utterly disgusting and cruel. The creepy atmosphere of this flick is unnerving and both the food gorging scenes and hunger scenes are just too awful to watch.

The man in the clown paint and suit is a real person with a very dark objective and an obvious psychological disturbance that make him monster-like and not human. He terrorizes two women who primarily think he's a funny weirdo but his creepy behavior and frightfully forced smile make them realize there is more danger in him than they imagined.

For fans who laugh at the thought of horror clown-movies, Terrorizer is the movie that will turn that smile upside-down.
