Hitman 3 debuted on Jan. 20, 2021, and once again developer and publisher IO Interactive has included a dizzying number of disguises that Agent 47 can equip to infiltrate levels and get close to his targets for the kill. The disguise system in Hitman games has always been fairly ridiculous since the series began with Hitman: Codename 47 in 2000 - even though Agent 47 is a bald, cloned, barcoded assassin, he can simply change his clothes and fool many of the other NPCs, even ones who have already met him. IO has embraced that ridiculousness by making 47's available outfits more and more silly over the years, and Hitman 3 is no exception.

Hitman 3 concludes the World of Assassination Trilogy that began with Hitman in 2016. Story is a big emphasis in this title, as Hitman 3 forces 47 to confront his identity. Tonally it's a bit more serious than Hitman and Hitman 2, and there aren't as many goofy outfits this time around. In Hitman 3, a level might only offer one completely silly outfit that no assassin in their right mind would ever wear, if any.

Finding and equipping these disguises is fun way to shake things up, but equipping them also helps to unlock each level's "Chameleon" achievement, which is completed by discovering all available outfits in each level. Even better, some of these outfits are involved in completing the challenges and Escalation Contracts, which can unlock better gear, and sometimes even unlocks more outfits. Here are the most ridiculous outfits in Hitman 3.

Ridiculous Hitman 3 Disguise: The Devil's Own Suit

This nice blend of satanism and Eyes Wide Shut party attire is part of the Trinity Pack pre-order bonus, which includes 9 new items for Hitman 3 as well as three deluxe Escalation contracts. It can be unlocked by completing the "Asmodeus Waltz" Escalation contract in the Dubai level, and is a callback to a very similar outfit from Hitman: Blood Money.

Ridiculous Hitman 3 Disguise: Undertaker

A bit on the nose, but then again Agent 47's go-to alias is "Tobias Rieper," so it's definitely on-brand. The Undertaker disguise can be found in the cemetery near Thornbridge Manor, but incapacitating him and stealing his outfit can be tricky because a gardener is nearby. Best to lure the Undertaker away with a throwable distraction. Taking the outfit unlocks the "Bring Out Your Dead" challenge and allows 47 to complete the "Proud Undertaker" challenge.

Ridiculous Hitman 3 Disguise: Photographer

This outfit turns the world's most lethal killer into an artsy Brooklyn hipster. The photographer can be found outside Thornbridge Manor in the second level, Dartmoor. He's setting up his equipment near the hedge maze.

An easy way to find him is by following the "A Day to Remember" story mission, in which 47 impersonates the photographer and takes a family photo of the Carlisles.

Ridiculous Hitman 3 Disguise: Rave DJ

An underground rave DJ who wears an all white jumpsuit with a white cowboy hat and mask sounds like the perfect outfit to hide 47's identity in Berlin. There are three DJs in Hitman 3's Berlin level total, and two can be found in the DJ booth. Once 47 takes this outfit he can complete the "How the Turntables" challenge, which involves killing two ICA agents simultaneously by sabotaging the lighting rig, luring them onto the dance floor, and electrocuting them.

Ridiculous Hitman 3 Disguise: Florida Man

Florida Man returns from Hitman 2. This time, the chef (whose secret ingredient is heavily implied to be crystal meth) can be found roaming the halls of Club Holle, Berlin's rave club on the site of an old power plant. His outfit isn't involved in any assassination opportunities but does unlock the "Der Ami" challenge. He's also difficult to isolate, so taking his outfit will probably attract attention.

Ridiculous Hitman 3 Disguise: Gaucho

The fifth level, Mendoza, turns 47 into an Argentinian cowboy. Gauchos are the armed guards roaming the vineyard, so it's not difficult to get one of their outfits. While this is the first gaucho outfit in the Hitman series, it strangely hasn't featured authentic Old West cowboy attire.

These are just the silliest options available in the base game. If IO Interactive adds any more levels as DLC there will no doubt be more nonsense clothing options available, like when Hitman 2's Haven Island DLC added a jaunty pirate outfit. Otherwise, everyone will have to wait until Hitman 3's eventual sequel for 47's wardrobe to get a little more colorful.
