The Hills: New Beginnings star Audrina Patridge's ex-husband, Corey Bohan, says that the Audrina falsely accused him of sexually abusing their daughter. He says that the allegations toward him are completely false and even explained her real motive behind accusing him.
Patridge is one of the original main cast members on The Hills. In 2008, after the original, The Hills series, Patridge began dating Corey, a professional BMX dirt bike rider. They got engaged in 2015 and found out Patridge was expecting their child. Then, in 2016, Patridge gave birth to daughter Kirra Max. Patridge and Bohan got married on November 5, 2016, and just 10 months later, Patridge filed for divorce from Bohan, claiming domestic abuse and filing a restraining order against him. On December 20, 2018, the divorce was finalized. Ever since, there have been many allegations of Patridge accusing Bohan of sexual abuse toward their 3-year-old daughter Kirra.
According to documents obtained by The Blast, Bohan claims that Audrina falsely claimed that he had sexually abused their daughter, saying, "An investigation was done and the results of the investigation were that the allegations were unfounded." He claims that the sexual abuse allegations are all part of Patridge using Kirra against him to gain an advantage in their messy custody battle. He says that Patridge "abused the judicial process by making false claims of abuse to obtain restraining orders to gain an advantage in these proceedings."
However, according to Bohan, Patridge's declaration claims that their daughter was examined by a doctor and showed signs of alleged sexual abuse. Bohan, however, claims he has Kirra's complete medical records, and "no where [sic] in those records does it indicate that there was ever a concern about Kirra being sexually abused or that she has even undergone a child sexual abuse allegation." He believes that either Patridge or her family is coaching Kirra to testify and lie about her father, and he believes that to be "psychological abuse of Kirra." Bohan also stated that he believes Patridge is doing this to exploit their daughter "for her own financial gain by having her filmed and having her appear on reality television, specifically MTV's 'The Hills: New Beginnings.'" Bohan has since put in an order to prohibit Kirra from being on the MTV show.
Whether the sexual abuse allegations against Bohan are true remains to be seen. In the end, it's up to the judges to sort through this confusion and make a decision for what's best for Kirra, but the strained relationship between Patridge and Bohan will no doubt complicate matters even more than they already are.
The Hills: New Beginnings airs Mondays at 10pm EST on MTV.
