Like other games in the series, FIFA 23 features all the best Premier League stars that players can recruit for their teams. As players get competitive in the latest title in the series, all will be keen to use the best players from the most famous league in the world. Whether needing players to boost an Ultimate Team or looking for the top stars to sign in career mode picking up the highest-rated players from the Premier League is vital.

Ratings have become vital in all gaming sports titles, including FIFA, with real-life football stars taking their stats very seriously. An overall high rating doesn't mean that player will be the best to use on the virtual pitch, but it is an excellent guide to who EA Sports think are the most valuable players. Overall ratings are a combination of statistics such as pace, shooting, passing, dribbling, defense, and physical. While global stars Lionel Messi, Robert Lewandowski, and Kylian Mbappe have the top three ratings in FIFA 23, many Premier League stars also have some of the highest numbers in the game.

Belgium and Manchester City star Kevin De Bruyne tops the ratings from the Premier League with a 91 overall rating. The midfielder had the joint-best rating in the division on FIFA 22, with 91, and retains the rating thanks to a stellar year lifting another Premier League crown. While De Bruyne's pace is lower than most of the other top attacking talents in the game, incredible shooting, passing, and dribbling stats make the midfielder a must-have in any team.

Following in De Bruyne's footsteps are three more stars based in the North West of England. Cristiano Ronaldo has been highly rated on FIFA for over a decade, and a 90 rating in FIFA 23 is the lowest since FIFA 11. With 92 shooting Ronaldo is still one of the best strikers in FIFA 23, but the rating dropping indicates a fantastic career is finally winding down. Joining the striker with a 90 rating are Liverpool duo Mohamed Salah and Virgil Van Dijk. Defender Van Dijk is widely regarded as a must-have defender in FIFA with incredible pace, defending, and physical stats. Winger Salah has had a tough start to this Premier League campaign but remains one of the most deadly wingers on FIFA 23 with unrivaled pace and dribbling stats.

Six players round out the top ten rated stars from the Premier League, all with an 89 overall score. Tottenham frontmen Heung Min Son and Harry Kane's real-life consistency pays off with great cards, but Son's translates best into FIFA 23 due to being one of the fastest players in FIFA 23 with a high pace stat of 88. The two highest-rated Premier League goalkeepers, Ederson and Alisson Becker, are only one point behind the best keeper in the game, Bayern Munich's Manuel Neuer. Both are fantastic options to have as solid bases in any FIFA 23 team. Rounding out the top ten are midfield maestros N'Golo Kanté and new Manchester United signing Casemiro.

Other players, such as Erling Haaland, are still options to be included in teams, but the top ten players should be high up on everyone's list when looking to build a strong side in Ultimate Team or Career Mode. All the stars are already household names, but some translate better into players on FIFA 23, and it is worth testing players out in FIFA 23's new mode Moments before adding any to a side. The higher the rating, the more expensive the player will be, but the highest-rated Premier League players in FIFA 23, such as Kevin De Bruyne, are worth it to transform any team.
