When recovering addict Riley McKendry (Odessa A'zion) stumbles across a puzzle box while trying to make a quick profit selling stolen items, she quickly realizes she's in over her head when her brother disappears without a trace. After being summoned from their own dimension by the mysterious puzzle box — known as the Lament Configuration throughout the franchise — the Priest and their army of mutated Cenobites arrive to claim what is rightfully theirs.

Jamie Clayton As The Priest
The Priest, known colloquially throughout the franchise as "Pinhead," is the main antagonist of the film. The Priest serves as one of the leaders of Hellraiser's Cenobites; the movies' extradimensional demonic beings who relish in sadomasochism and the exploration of pain. Like Barker's original character, the Priest is an androgynous being with pins lining the flesh of their face — a distinct feature which earned them their moniker.
