The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt have officially expanded their family, welcoming their second son. After years of fertility struggles and trying different methods like eating raw meat and using crystals to manifest, Heidi and Spencer announced in June they were expecting another baby. About a month later, they revealed they were expecting a boy and their elder son Gunner Stone Pratt was so excited to have a little brother. The past few days, Heidi shared on social media that her baby was coming any day. She even went to the hospital after having contractions but returned home when her water didn't break.
A day later, Heidi and Spencer returned to the hospital, and The Hills star delivered a healthy baby. TMZ reported that Heidi delivered her son on November 17th at 11:31 am. The baby weighed 7lbs and 9 ounces, and Heidi had an easy birth, taking about 45 minutes. Like all life events, Heidi documented her experience on social media, sharing TikToks of her getting her makeup done in the hospital room and Snapchats of her and her baby lying in the hospital bed after delivery. She also showed off her husband Spencer doing his daily TikTok battle from the hospital room.

Heidi later shared on her Snapchat story that her son is currently 21 inches and named Ryker Pratt. In 2017, when Gunner was born, Heidi and Spencer revealed his face on the cover of People Magazine. For now, Heidi put a blue heart emoji over Ryker's face on Snapchat to hide his appearance. Heidi and Spencer have been married for 13 years, despite the disapproval from their friends and family on The Hills. Heidi's best friend at the time, Lauren Conrad, was adamant about her disdain for Heidi and Spencer's relationship. She felt Heidi's husband had a negative impact on her character and well-being. However, the two beat the odds.
Heidi and Spencer are incredible parents to their son Gunner and couldn't be more excited about welcoming another child into their home.
