Warning: SPOILERS ahead for Westworld season 3.

All of the theme parks within HBO's hit series Westworld will be revealed by the end of season 3. The show, based on the 1973 film by Michael Crichton, first debuted on the streaming platform in 2016 and went on to become a monumental success. Its first season centered on a futuristic western-style theme park where wealthy guests could immerse themselves into a new world and act without consequences. Critics raved about season 1 and the expansive, imaginative world that was created, but season 2 bit off more than it could chew. Due to the ever-growing, convoluted storyline, season 2 received more middling reviews, even causing some viewers to fall off the Westworld bandwagon. Now, nearly two years later, season 3 finds the hosts venturing outside of their respective parks and into the real world. So far, it's been hailed by critics for bringing viewers back into the fold by tightening its storyline and expanding its horizons.

However, despite more positive reviews, Westworld's season 3 premiere ratings were down 57% from last season. Mainly, this was due to season 2's heavy and confusing plot turning away viewers, but showrunners Jonathan Nolan and Lisa Joy have promised that season 3 will be a more streamlined experience. The upcoming season will focus on answering lingering questions from season 1 while also expanding upon the futuristic world that they've created. Not only that, but season 3 will also be pulling the curtain back on the remaining parks under Delos Destinations. These revelations all kicked off in episode 2 of season 3, with the help of two surprise cameos.

David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, the showrunners behind HBO's wildly successful fantasy series Game of Thrones, had cameos in Westworld season 3 as Delos technicians for the yet unnamed Park 4. The park, which is a medieval/fantasy-themed location, was a very on-the-nose reference to their hit series. According to The Wrap, Nolan and Joy exclaimed that they're both "fans of and friends with Dan and David," adding in that the only reason they're able to make Westworld "is because they invented this version of the genre." Nolan went on to say that they "could not resist the opportunity to tease everyone a little bit with that park," but the park doesn't have a name yet. For now, it's simply Park 4. Although they wouldn't divulge any further details, they did reveal that viewers will see the other remaining unnamed park, Park 5, by the end of season 3, which Nolan added is "a little different" from the rest.

This would mean that all six theme parks within Delos Destinations would finally be revealed. Alongside the Westworld theme park, Shogun World, The Raj, and a WWII theme park coined War World have all been revealed in the series so far. Parks 4 and 5 are the last two of the bunch yet to be named and unveiled in the series. Clearly, it appears that Nolan and Joy have some fun plans in store for viewers to witness within these parks.

Having a callback to Game of Thrones is a fun easter egg for viewers to find. Considering Benioff and Weiss's series was a massive success story for HBO, despite ending on a very divisive note with its fanbase, it's a fun way to honor their work while featuring the world of Westeros in Westworld. Both shows have truly elevated the at-home viewing experience when it comes to television, so it's exciting to see the series' creators bringing their respective fanbases together in an interesting way.
