A new behind the scenes video for Marvel's Hawkeye offers a closer look at Clint Barton and Kate Bishop's partnership, along with peeks at their fights with the Tracksuit Draculas. Starting next Wednesday, Hawkeye's 6-episode run will officially get underway over on Disney+. The series stars Jeremy Renner in his first-ever MCU solo project, 10 years after he first joined the franchise in Thor. By the time Hawkeye begins, Clint will be settling in with his family right as the holidays kick in. However, as fans can probably guess, it won't be long before that superhero life comes calling once again.

Hawkeye takes place following Avengers: Endgame, so Clint will still be processing all that happened in that movie. That includes the death of his best friend Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson) and his time as the vigilante Ronin. It's the latter bit that leads him to cross paths with Kate Bishop (Hailee Steinfeld), an aspiring archer who brings a whole host of problems with her. Marvel fans have waited for Kate to make her MCU debut for some time now, and that it's coming in Hawkeye only makes the show's arrival more exciting.

The growing partnership between Clint and Kate is on full display in a new Hawkeye BTS video, appropriately titled "BFFs." Shared online by Marvel Entertainment, the video allows fans to hear from Renner and Steinfeld themselves as they tease at what's ahead for Hawkeye. Plus, it offers several peeks at the heroes' fights against comics villains the Tracksuit Draculas. Check it out down below.

In the comics, the Tracksuit Draculas are a group of thugs Clint tangles with in his street-level missions. So far, it looks like Kate is the one getting on their bad side in Hawkeye, and Clint gets caught up in her drama after they first meet. Many fans are holding out hope that Hawkeye will reintroduce Daredevil villain Kingpin (Vincent D'Onofrio), but as it stands right now, the Tracksuit Draculas are the biggest threats facing Clint and Kate.

Hawkeye looks to be the most comedic MCU project to arrive this year, but that doesn't mean it's skimping out on the heart-pounding action. As the featurette hints, Clint and Kate have plenty of fighting to do in between all their archery, and it'll be interesting to see how their styles differ from each other. After several projects with world-ending stakes, it looks like Hawkeye will be viewing the MCU from a lower vantage point both in terms of conflict and action set pieces, and that's pretty exciting. Luckily, there's only a few more days before audiences can decide for themselves whether this show is a new holiday favorite.
