Someone must be in an office to coordinate all those owls. Therefore, an Owl Post Office must exist in some form. However, it wouldn't be the right kind of job for a Libra. Though working at a post office would be soothing to someone who enjoyed quiet and orders, Libras are creative and enjoy working with people as partners or in groups.
Working in a post office would also mean following other peoples' orders constantly, with little discussion over how something would be done. It's a post office, so there isn't much room for differentiation on how to send a letter.
Excel: Innkeeper
Like a bookseller, a Libra would excel as an innkeeper of a place like the Three Broomsticks. First of all, Libras would get the chance to decorate the inn as they see fit, which would allow them to flex their creativity muscles.
Also, they would get the chance to be with people and collaborate on ideas. This would also give Libras the opportunity to become leaders in their own right.
Fail: Ministry Desk Job
A career that Libras wouldn't be very good at is that of a Ministry desk employee, such as someone in the Ludicrous Patents Office.
A job like that would essentially mean fielding paperwork day after day, which wouldn't allow for much advancement or creativity. An office worker would also be working alone, not with a partner or a group.

Working as a healer, Libra would be expected to follow medical codes and rules, as well as work with multiple patients at once. Libra can be indecisive, which would make it potentially difficult to make life-saving decisions when they are necessary, which is often with people in need of medical care.
From what canon shows, Healers also generally work alone, which wouldn't be useful for a person who enjoys working in groups.
Excel: Musician
Though the Wizarding World doesn't have that many musicians, they do have at least a few groups, and this kind of a career would be perfect for a Libra.
First of all, it would allow them to hone their creativity, and being in a band is usually a collaborative effort between members. Becoming part of a band allows gives the opportunity to let leadership qualities form as well.
Fail: Obliviator
Obliviators seem to tend to work alone, and also have the unhappy job of working with Muggles who've seen things they shouldn't. Since the Accidental Magic Reversal Squad is made up of a team of people, it also doesn't seem like a field for much advancement, unless someone would want to be the head of the department.
Since it is an application of the same spell again and again, working as an Obliviator also isn't much of an opportunity to be creative with one's work, and thus wouldn't be the right fit for a Libra.
