A new trailer for Warner Bros' upcoming quiz show Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament Of Houses has revealed a slew of special guests, including cast members and celebrity fans. The Harry Potter films debuted in 2001 with Harry Potter and The Sorcerer's Stone, becoming a franchise sensation. Potterheads, as the fans came to be known, journeyed to theaters for eight movies based on J.K Rowling's hit fantasy series. Following 11-year-old Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe) as he learned to become a Wizard at the magical Hogwarts, the film series followed a core cast of child actors that grew up on-screen alongside their characters. The Potter films had already made huge box office success by the time the final film, Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2, released in 2011. Warner soon launched a spinoff film series, Fantastic Beasts, and a stage play; Harry Potter And The Cursed Child, both of which carry on the legacy of the Potter universe.

The upcoming competition series Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament of Houses is set to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the first movie. A four-part quiz show, Tournament of Houses will be hosted by Academy Award-winner Dame Helen Mirren. In a surprise to many, Mirren never appeared in the Harry Potter films, despite the cast being littered with icons of British cinema, but the actress has admitted to being a fan. Now, Mirren will guide Potter fans as they are tested on their intricate knowledge of the franchise in a tournament of games, with teams of three representing each of the four Hogwarts houses (Gryffindor, Ravenclaw, Hufflepuff and Slytherin).

As well as Harry Potter cast members, the show will feature celebrity guests from elsewhere in pop culture, the most notable of which are the Saturday Night Live actor Davidson, and late-night TV icon Leno.

Lovers of the ever-popular Harry Potter franchise are in for a thrilling, fan-oriented experience with the game show. Not only can Potterheads see special guests from their favorite films, viewers can also play along with the quiz at home and test their own magical memory. So far, it is unclear whether the beloved trio of Radcliffe, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint will appear in the event, but given the already star-studded guest cast, it's certainly possible. Harry Potter: Hogwarts Tournament Of Houses will debut on Sunday, November 28.
