Revealing TV Spot for 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows'

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 not in 3D

As if you need another reason to get excited for Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Warner Bros. has released the very first TV spot for Part 1, which thankfully shows off some fresh footage.

After nine years and six movies we've finally come to this, the two-part epic finale of the most financially successful movie franchise in history ($5.4 billion worldwide and counting!).

Whether they felt they had to split Deathly Hallows in two because there was so much story that needed to be told, or whether they just wanted to double their profits (probably a combination of both), it means that fans will be getting more action, adventure and general wizardry before they have to say goodbye to the franchise forever (people seem to be a lot more forgiving of Harry Potter being split into two parts than they are of The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn).

I personally don't mind that we have to watch two movies instead of just one to find out what happens to Harry and Co., considering that I'm a solid fan of the franchise. All the trailers so far have looked pretty spectacular and this latest TV spot is no different. Watch it below:

While each Harry Potter installment has worked perfectly well as a standalone film, it nonetheless feels like the series has all been building towards this final chapter.

With the stakes now higher than ever - I have a feeling there will be less cozy scenes of young wizards settling back into yet another year at Hogwarts - and with anything seemingly possible, something tells me Deathly Hallows will be remembered as the general favorite of the franchise (Part 2 specifically).

If you haven't already, make sure to check out the recent Deathly Hallows character-centric promo images and for a more SPOILERISH hint at what you can expect, check out an early fan review of Deathly Hallows Part 1.

Part 1 of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows hits theaters on November 19th 2010, with Part 2 following next summer on July 15th, 2011.
