The latest photo from behind the scenes of the forthcoming untitled Han Solo anthology film depicts Donald Glover sporting a dashing Lando Calrissian mustache. Following the theatrical release of the much anticipated Star Wars: The Last Jedi due out in theaters later this year, next summer will see the unveiling of the hotly anticipated standalone feature co-directed by Chris Miller and Phil Lord with an original screenplay penned by Star Wars royalty Lawrence Kasdan and his son Jon.
Starring Alden Ehrenrich as a young Han Solo in a movie that is set to explore the early days of the renowned gun-for-hire's rise to becoming a notorious smuggler, thief, and scoundrel, the movie is also set to co-star former Community star Donald Glover as a respectively young Lando Calrissian. Previously teasing his version of Lando as a more complicated character than Ehrenrich's Han, the latest piece of information from the behind the scenes features Glover sporting a mustache more than a little reminiscent of the one worn by Billy Dee Wiliams in the original Star Wars trilogy.
In a post to Instagram by fellow Han Solo anthology film actor Woody Harrleson, Glover can be seen looking devilishly handsome with his very own Lando Clarissian styled mustache. Naturally gifted with a genetically attractive pattern of facial hair all his own, Glover obviously doesn't need the help of any manscaping techniques or fake hair kits to pull off the look made famous by Billy Dee Williams with the release of The Empire Strikes Back in 1980.
