Jamie Lee Curtis hypes the upcoming Halloween Ends with a behind-the-scenes image. Curtis made her feature film debut as Laurie Strode in Halloween, John Carpenter's classic 1978 slasher film. Although Curtis continued making a name for herself as an actress in a wide range of genres, she consistently returned to Laurie for multiple Halloween sequels, including the 2021 addition Halloween Kills. Curtis will next appear as Laurie in the thirteenth franchise installment Halloween Ends, alongside James Jude Courtney, Andi Matichak, Will Patton, and Kyle Richards, who will also be reprising their previous roles.

Although Curtis has been a part of the Halloween franchise for over 40 years now, the actress hasn't lost any of her excitement for her work. In a recent post, Curtis shared a behind-the-scenes image of her and her on-screen granddaughter Matichak with director David Gordon Green. Curtis hypes the upcoming movie in the caption, saying "I cannot wait for you to see what we made for YOU!" Check out Curtis' post below:

Curtis's excitement for Halloween Ends is especially endearing since the film could possibly be her last appearance as Laurie Strode. Although the Halloween franchise will probably continue after Ends, the film could likely bring Laurie and Michael's story to its final conclusion, allowing one of horror's essential final girls to finally step down. For her part, Curtis seems grateful to have been able to play the role all these years. That makes her potential upcoming finale in Halloween Ends all the more emotional.
