A new deleted scene from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 shows Star-Lord trying to figure out his Zune. After an impressive run in theaters, Marvel and James Gunn have another hit on their hands thanks to Guardians 2. Not only did the new characters, cosmic action, and general absurdity win over audiences, but the film helps set up the future of the franchise and the MCU. Gunn is already hard at work on Guardians of the Galaxy, Vol. 3 -  with rumors indicating the film could begin shooting as early as next year.

In the meantime, Gunn and Marvel are hyping the release of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 on home video. The film is available digitally today, with physical formats coming later in the month. As such, a lot of goodies that will be part of the release have already made their way online. Yesterday, we got our look at the first deleted scene from the film showing Ego's hilarious revision of history. The clip was relatively finished and seems to have simply been cut for time. Now, an even looser scene has arrived.

ET has a brand-new deleted scene from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 that looks like it was improvised. In it, Kraglin tries to explain to Peter how his new Zune works and also recommends some of his favorite artists.

While the first two Guardians films were punctuated by Quill's mixtapes, the Zune conceit allows Gunn to greatly expand musical selections in the new film. We already have a wishlist of songs for Guardians 3 we want to hear, but the possibilities are close to endless.

As we wait for the next film, there's still plenty of new stuff arriving for this year's movie. Along with the two deleted scenes, a wild new music video for David Hasselhoff's Guardians Inferno was released for the film. The song, heard during the closing credits, is a throwback to the type of disco-infused anthems you might hear in a '70s or '80s sci-fi romp. The video, meanwhile, is pure Gunn.

And as the latest deleted scene indicates, there was a lot of cracking up on the set of Guardians 2. The recent release of a Guardians 2 blooper reel provides fans with a taste of what it was like for the actors to work on the movie.

With Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 coming to home video soon, expect even more fun glimpses behind the curtain.
