From now until March 31, Grand Theft Auto Online's Biker Week will allow players to take advantage of biker work bonuses, doubled salaries, free biker jackets, and more. Weekly updates launch with regularity for both GTA Online and Red Dead Online, often offering extra incentives for exploring certain content by dealing double in-game currently and XP rewards.
For example, this week's update for Red Dead Online deals double rewards for all who participate in and complete certain missions and horse raises. Major patches go live every so often, too, though it's been a few months since either title received a game-changing update worthy of note. In addition to continuously supporting its online endeavors, Rockstar Games presumably has its hands full with GTA V's next-gen updates for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, releases that are expected to go live sometime this year.
A Rockstar Newswire post outlines the Biker Week bonuses in Grand Theft Auto Online's latest weekly update, which runs from now until March 31. Motorcycles and Bikers sit front and center this week, as members of Motorcycle Clubs who complete Clubhouse Contracts, MC Work, and Challenges will earn double RP and in-game cash. Deadline, GTA Online's futuristic Adversary Mode, is similarly dealing double rewards and cash this week. Players who assume the role of Bodyguard or Associate for the Organization's security team can also expect to rake in double salaries. Plus, visiting "reputable clothing stores" will reward players with several free Biker jackets, including Contrast Camo Denim, Washed Patch Denim, Cobble Denim, and Indigo Denim. And playing GTA Online between now and March 31 offers yet another bonus item - the Black Principe Hoodie.
As always, GTA Online's weekly update seems as though it'll offer players plenty of reasons to jump back in. Focusing on the more biker-centric qualities of the experience is bound to at least pique the interest of users who may not usually give GTA's motorcycles and biker clubs the time of day.
But many a fan is especially looking forward to how Rockstar handles GTA V's PS5 and Xbox Series ports, which Take-Two Interactive CEO Strauss Zelnick has teased will be no "simple port." What that entails exactly remains a mystery, yet the executive did say the publisher likes taking its time in an effort to improve the technology and enhance visuals.
GTA Online is available now on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S.
