As if Grand Theft Auto Online wasn't chaotic enough, someone has created a mod of Homelander from The Boys that manages to make the city of Los Santos far deadlier. In Amazon's The Boys, Homelander is essentially an unhinged Superman, someone even regular folks would not want to accidentally cross lest they be subject to his wrath.

Grand Theft Auto V is home to somewhat of a similar figure in Trevor. While he doesn't possess any superpowers, Trevor's unpredictable behavior makes him incredibly difficult to work with, which Homelander's colleagues in The Seven can no doubt relate to. Of course, neither Trevor nor any of GTA V's other main cast of characters is available to play in GTA Online; players, then, have to make their own fun, engineer their own brand of chaos. One modder on PC evidently concluded that Homelander would be the best candidate for injecting further madness onto the streets of Los Santos.

Reddit user VsHumanity recently shared a short clip of a Homelander mod in action in GTA Online. The character model is remarkably accurate, so, too, is the modded character's ability to withstand excessive amounts of gunfire without a worry in the world. While taking shots from a police officer at point-blank range, Homelander barrels towards the NPC uppercuts him into the air, then proceeds to Superman punch him across a neighborhood and into a nearby building. It's quintessential Homelander, complete with all of the chaos and destruction fans have come to expect from him.

The mod itself is rather impressive. Even the flying doesn't seem to be half bad, though there were obviously complications with regards to keeping Homelander in focus after each devastating blow he delivered. Still, this could constitute a good example of what a game featuring one of The Seven could entail.

Grand Theft Auto is no stranger to insane mods that add an extra level of excitement to the already fun experience. In the past, GTA V mods have brought the likes of the Hulk to Los Santos. Another interesting mod resulted in Just Cause mechanics entering the fray, with the Just Cause 2 eject feature and parachute thrusters. Needless to say, the GTA community's most creative members continue to push the envelope.
