A Grand Theft Auto V player perfectly recreates Pixar Cars’ biggest crash. The crash isn’t the first stunt of its nature this week, as another player pulled off GTA Online’s craziest Oppressor MK1 stunt yet a few days ago. In addition, another player managed to steal a jet right out of the air in an epic short film while two others flew jets through the Fort Zancudo Tunnel simultaneously. Yet another may have recorded the highest dive in GTA Online’s history, all of which showcase the community’s daredevil antics.

GTA Online has a plethora of vehicles available in which gamers can perform their various stunts and chaos. Some of these vehicles are crazy expensive, costing millions in in-game currency. However, despite these vehicles’ cost, some players have no issues affording such expenditures considering the richest community members are having trouble counting their money. For those looking for a challenge that doesn’t include an expensive vehicle – or any vehicle whatsoever – they can try walking across the game’s entire map without dying.

Continuing the daredevil trend, Redditor SmartChungus posted a video them perfectly recreating Pixar’s Cars’ biggest crash in Grand Theft Auto V. The video depicts the player driving over a decline on the road and going airborne, causing the car to dip mid-flight and flip end-over-end, twisting and turning as it smacks the pavement multiple times. The car, naturally, starts falling apart as it takes damage, and the scene ends with the vehicle’s rear tapping a light post and landing upright on the sidewalk. Fans interested in witnessing such a recreational marvel can watch the video below.

Grand Theft Auto V is one of the most popular games on the market. Its robust online community has been buzzing with activity since its launch in 2013. Since then, fans have tackled challenges and achievements implemented by Rockstar Games, but have also created their own challenges, daring other gamers to recreate or exceed fan-made activities. With the over-the-top gameplay the GTA franchise has always featured, it’s not surprising the online element’s users have taken it upon themselves to take the mayhem to new levels.

Seeing that mayhem borrow scenes from other games or movies – even unintentionally – only reinforces the level of commitment players have to Grand Theft Auto V, as they’re reliving iconic moments from other media franchises in the game. From green and purple alien gang wars to something as grounded as stock market transactions, GTA Online somehow manages to combine wackiness with semi-realistic, mixing chaos with order to create some kind of balance between the two extremes. It’ll be interesting to see what Rockstar Games and the community come up with next.
