A daredevil Grand Theft Auto Online player defied the laws of real-world physics by pulling off a stunt that landed them on top of an absurdly small tower. Originally released just a few weeks after Grand Theft Auto V all the way back in 2013, Rockstar's multiplayer action-adventure title's popularity has endured over the years, spanning across multiple console generations including the recent current-gen release of GTA Online.

There are a lot of things players can do to keep themselves occupied in GTA Online's Los Santos and the surrounding area, one of which is pull off ridiculous stunts with various vehicles. The game's unrealistic physics lets players drive up walls and make impossible jumps with ease, allowing them to cover huge distances across the open-world map. While under normal circumstances these results can be uniquely entertaining, there are a select group of players who dedicate themselves to landing safely at the end of these wild rides, producing tricks that can be difficult for the average fan to replicate.

Reddit user GFoXwastaken provided the most recent incredible GTA Online stuntman feat by landing on top of a small tower spire with a Scramjet. Taking some design inspiration from the 1960s anime Speed Racer, the car has a few unique features such as a power hop and rocket booster that make it ideal for pulling off tricks. GFoXwastaken used both of these features to make an initial jump onto a wall where they were able to build up speed. After that, the driver launched themselves high into the air and used the rocket booster again to cover more distance before landing perfectly on a small spire at the top of a tower.

Though incredibly unrealistic, the feat is still an immensely impressive display of mastery over GTA Online's physics. There are quite a few players who spend many hours just designing and working on these types of maneuvers without necessarily doing much else in Los Santos. Some experienced players can pull off trick shot kills in GTA Online, but these are much rarer than just the tricks themselves.

The bizarre freedom possible in GTA Online has been a major contributor to its long-lasting success. By the time the next single-player installment for Rockstar's series debuts, the multiplayer action-adventure title will nearly be a decade old. It will be interesting to see where Grand Theft Auto Online goes after the release of GTA 6 and how it will evolve and incorporate the new installment or potentially be replaced by something else, though that may not be as likely.
