Voting has gone live for the Google Play Users' Choice Awards 2020. The awards are part of Google's annual Best Of roundups and are aimed at recognizing the most-loved content from across Google Play. In addition to categories awarded by Google, users can vote for their favorite apps, games, movies, and books.
Last year, there were Best Of categories for Best App and Best Game, as well as Top-Selling Movies, Top-Selling TV Shows, Top-Selling Ebooks, and Top-Selling Audiobooks. In the Users' Choice categories, meanwhile, Glitch Video Effects won Best App, Call of Duty: Mobile won Best Game, Avengers: Endgame won Best Movie, and Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark won Best Ebook. Google also runs a separate Google Play Awards, which is aimed at recognizing the best experiences available on Android and the developers behind them.
Like last year, the 2020 Users' Choice Awards are allowing individuals to pick their favorite apps, games, movies, and books. They just need to be logged into their Google Account to vote and may need to be using a compatible device to see some titles within the Play Store. Voting is open until November 24th and the winners will be announced on December 1st.

This year's Users' Choice App nominees are Grid Diary - Journal, Planner; The Pattern; REFACE: Face swap videos and memes with your photo; Dolby On: Record Audio & Music; Centr by Chris Hemsworth; Disney+; Speekoo - Learn a new language; Vimeo Create - Video Maker & Editor; Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & More; and VITA - Video Maker for Indian Creators.
The nominees in the Game category are Teamfight Tactics: League of Legends Strategy Game; Grand Hotel Mania; Genshin Impact; SpongeBob: Krusty Cook-Off; Harry Potter: Puzzles & Spells; Dream League Soccer 2021; Legends of Runeterra; The Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross; Cell to Singularity - Evolution Never Ends; and EverMerge.
The Movies category features Blue Story; Parasite; The Invisible Man (2020); Knives Out
The Gentlemen; Trolls World Tour; Birds Of Prey And the Fantabulous Emancipation of One Harley Quinn; A Beautiful Day in the Neighborhood; 1917; and Joker.
And, in the Book category, the nominees are Untamed; The Lying Life of Adults; Ramble Book: Musings on Childhood, Friendship, Family and 80s Pop Culture; Lockdown; Midnight Sun; The Thursday Murder Club; His and Hers; Me and White Supremacy; Serpentine; and More Than a Woman.
