More Godzilla vs. Kong concept art has been released, this time showing off the larger creatures of the Hollow Earth. Although the latest MonsterVerse installment features less Titans than Godzilla: King of the Monsters, there are still a few new creatures. Recently, concept art for the Hollow Earth crab-like monsters was shared.

In Godzilla vs. Kong, a major part of the storyline is bringing the ape to the Hollow Earth. Upon entering, the characters and viewers are treated to a beautiful place fit for the Titans. From the expansive grassland, to the floating rocks, the Hollow Earth certainly makes an impact. Unsurprisingly, creatures are shown roaming about. The small crab-like arachnids appear out of the ground, and then a large lizard-like creature snacks on one of them. Arguably, the most notable creatures here are the Warbats, vicious serpent-like monsters. One of them appeared to nearly suffocate Kong to death. The final new creatures to appear in the Hollow Earth are Hellhawks, small flying predators. Godzilla vs. Kong writer Max Borenstein teases more Titans are asleep in the Hollow Earth.

Godzilla vs. Kong concept artist Dean Sherriff has shared some artwork (via Kaiju News Outlet) from the film. The concept art depicts the Hollow Earth, a rather large Hellhawk, and Kong's showdown with the Warbats. Check them out below:

It's always good to see how monsters and scenes were envisioned in the concept art stage. Here, the Hollow Earth is realized as an alien-like environment. Interestingly, the art depicts two different types of the Warbat. Even more interesting is the big Hellhawk. In the film, the Hellhawks are a little bigger than humans. Perhaps a large bird-like creature swooping down on a vehicle was too similar to Rodan. Either way, the smaller Hellhawks did add some tension when they started attacking.

Many fans would likely agree more MonsterVerse films set in the Hollow Earth are warranted. Simply put, there's just too much potential. From Warbats to Hellhawks, who knows what other dangerous creatures lie within the realm of the Titans. Recently, Legendary revealed it has more ideas for future films. Sadly, an announcement of the series continuing past Godzilla vs. Kong has not come. But, with the film impressing at the worldwide box office, hopefully it's already set in stone that the universe will continue. If not, at least the latest film serves as a satisfying conclusion for both title Titans.
