For seven seasons, The Real Housewives of Potomac has graced the screens of every Bravo-addicted and housewife-loving fan, and many viewers adore Gizelle Bryant. The series has become one of the highest-rated shows in The Real Housewives franchise to date, thanks to being one of the most talked-about and sought-after additions. RHOP season 7 includes cast members Gizelle, Karen Huger, Ashley Boalch-Darby, Mia Thornton, Candiace Dillard-Bassett, Robyn Dixon, and Wendy Osefo. Gizelle, Robyn, Ashley, and Karen are the longest-running original housewives in any series from the franchise. However, the one original housewife that Bravo fans around the world seem to love (or love to hate) is Gizelle.

Gizelle has become one off the most iconic housewives ever, and she shows no signs of going anywhere any time soon, having even secured a spot in upcoming The Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip season 3, alongside fellow RHOP cast member, Candiace. She has been the butt of constant jokes and memes from cast mates and fans alike, but she is smart, and uses that to her advantage when she is in front of the camera. Over the past six years, Gizelle has made a name for herself in the Housewives realm, due to her no-filter attitude, witty charm, and fashion choices (or lack thereof). She has established herself as a fan favorite.

Gizelle Bryant Brings the Drama To Potomac

Although she has gotten into it with most of the RHOP cast, Gizelle is the heart of the show, as she is not afraid to call people out when they are in the wrong. She knows how to carry a storyline, or stir the pot in order to create drama. She can be messy at times, due to the way that she approaches certain situations. Gizelle sometimes has a chip on her shoulder when new women enter the show, but that is one of her more endearing qualities, as it shows a sense of protection over the rest of the cast. However, the women usually consider that trait to be more negative, believing that she makes trouble over nothing. Nonetheless, they do know that she keeps her guard up at all times, especially when it comes to her romantic endeavors. Because of this, Gizelle has argued with Wendy, Karen, Ashley, and Mia, as she feels that it's necessary to bring up situations regarding their relationships with their husbands, while not discussing her own love life. Considering that she has not had the best of luck with relationships, it really isn't shocking that she chooses not to discuss that part of her life, to avoid being judged by the other women.

Gizelle Bryant Has a Heart of Gold

Even if Gizelle can be somewhat abrasive when it comes to her relationships with the rest of the women, fans can see that she has a genuinely good heart, and is incredibly lovable. Her bonds with her daughters Grace, Adore, and Angel mean everything to her, and viewers can see that the RHOP star is a phenomenal mother. Her relationships with her children are the things that she cares about the most. In addition to that, Gizelle is hysterical to watch, in light of the way that she reacts to situations, and her numerous one-liners in her confessionals. Her friendship with Robyn is friendship goals, as they started a podcast called Reasonably Shady, and are each other’s number one supporters in anything they do.

It is safe to say that Gizelle is one of The Real Housewives of Potomac fan favorites because she always manages to be entertaining. When she gets embroiled in drama, she does it in a way that is not vindictive or overly problematic. This is why fans still rally behind her. The RHOP celeb has a way of coming to life on camera that is relatable, real, and highly addictive to watch. Gizelle knows when it is time to be funny, or serious. Now, if she could only finish that house that she has been renovating for the past few years.

The Real Housewives of Potomac airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
