Players can obtain a Bulbasaur and Squirtle that are capable of Gigantamaxing in Pokemon Home for free. This guide will show players how they can obtain them. Initially, players are only able to obtain a Charmander during a normal playthrough of Pokemon Sword and Shield. Each of the Kanto starter Pokemon did receive a Gigantamax form with the release of the Pokemon Sword and Shield expansion pass. This marked the first time a mainline Pokemon title ever received DLC and was a big hit with fans all over. Although, some players might not have picked up the DLC. No worries as Pokemon Home will soon be offering a Bulbasaur and Squirtle to players for free that have the ability to Gigantamax when they fully evolve. This guide will show players how they can obtain them.

Not only that, but players will also be able to see new Pokedex features, including the ability to see your favorite Pokemon from different angles. To celebrate the release of this new update, the game will be giving away Bulbasaur and Squirtle for players to collect. They won't need to pay for the premium version of Pokemon Home either. This guide will show players how to obtain them.

How To Get A Gigantamax Factor Bulbasaur and Squirtle in Pokemon Home

Pokémon Sword & Shield Gigantamax Squirtle, Bulbasaur Are Mystery Gifts

This update will go live later this June. The exact date of this update isn't available just yet but players will be able to collect these Pokemon in both the mobile or Nintendo Switch version of the app. Once the update goes live, players will just need to head over to the Mystery Gifts menu and collect these two Pokemon. Each of them will be able to Gigantamax once they are fully evolved. This allows players to complete the Kanto starter set if they never picked up the Pokemon Sword and Shield expansion pass.

Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl are planned to release later in the year. It will be interesting to see how these Sinnoh remakes will work with Pokemon Home Hopefully, it's as seamless as possible to make things easier on players. Players might want to bring along this new Bulbasaur and Squirtle they have collected.
