Genshin Impact is constantly running new and exciting events for players to participate in for special rewards. Besides general rewards, like Primogems and Talent Materials, many events often offer fun limited-time rewards. One of the most beloved special rewards has been the adorable Mini Seelie, available from the Lost Riches event.

The Lost Riches event is returning for its second appearance, and players will once again be able to unlock a Mini Seelie of their own. To activate the Lost Riches event, players can navigate to the NPC Ulman in Genshin Impact via the Lost Riches tab on the Event Overview page. Talking to Ulman will begin the event, and the player will get their own treasure-hunting Seelie to help in the event. Players must have completed ‘Ritou Escape Plan’ in Chapter 2: Act 1 Archon Quest, and be at least Adventure Rank 30+ to participate in this event.

How to Get a Mini Seelie in Genshin Impact

genshin impact lost riches overview page

In Lost Riches, players will have to search around various areas of Inazuma for Iron Coins, as per the request of Ulman. Players must equip the Treasure-Seeking Seelie gadget, and activate it within the map’s marked Treasure Areas. In each Treasure Area of Genshin Impact, the Seelie will shine brighter and beep faster the closer the player gets to the treasure locations (which will grant the player with Iron Coins). Once close enough, the Seelie will automatically float to the Treasure. New Treasure Areas are unlocked every day for a total of 14, and the Treasure-Seeking Seelies only come out within these areas.

The Iron Coins from this event can be used in the Event Shop for various rewards including Primogems, Mora, Mystic Enhancement Ores, and Hero’s Wits. Iron Coins can also be exchanged in Genshin Impact for a Mini Seelie that can follow the player around like a pet. For this event, players can exchange their coins for a light blue, yellow, purple, or pink-colored Seelie. Each Seelie costs 240 Iron Coins.

Players can also find Special Treasure hidden amongst Iron Coins. These Special Treasures are pieces of a picture, which form a picture of specific areas in Teyvat when put all together. If the player can finish a picture and then go to that location, they’ll get Primogems as well as other rewards. This event can be done in Co-Op mode or solo, so players who are struggling can call on the assistance of their friends to hunt down all those Iron Coins, and buy the Mini Seelie of their choice!
