Version 1.6 of Genshin Impact has been underway for almost two weeks, which means Kazuha's Banner should be added into the game soon. Kazuha will be the first new character to arrive in the 1.6 content, so many fans are eager to try to pull him through the RPG's gacha pull Wish system. Here's everything to know about the Kazuha Banner's expected release date.

Prior to the latest update, Kazuha had leaked online from Genshin Impact's beta for Version 1.6. He was officially confirmed during developer miHoYo's livestream for 1.6, but it was revealed that he wouldn't be a Banner character at launch. Instead, Kazuha would be arriving after Klee's Banner rerun at the start of Version 1.6. This was perhaps a bit disappointing for the many fans who were looking forward to Kazuha finally becoming playable, but the wait should almost be over.

Updates in Genshin Impact are often kept on the same schedule, which can make it easy to predict when the next bits of new content are coming. For example, Version updates arrive every six weeks on a Tuesday or Wednesday (depending on a player's time zone and country). Since miHoYo has already confirmed Kazuha's Banner will be arriving after Klee's 1.6 Banner rerun, this gives everyone a nice indication of when Kazuha will finally become playable.

When Kazuha Will Be Playable In Genshin Impact 1.6

Genshin Impact Kazuha

Based on the way previous Banners and reruns worked in the last few updates for Genshin Impact, this means Kazuha should be playable around June 29 or June 30, 2021. Again, the day depends on a player's time zone and country, and whether or not it's past midnight there, but the updates typically arrive at the same time. This would mean Kazuha arrives about halfway through the Version 1.6 content, and he's presumably the last new character to be introduced before Version 1.7 debuts next month.

Kazuha is an Anemo user who wields swords in combat, and he's a powerful 5-star character in Genshin Impact, which means the likelihood of pulling him through the Wish system is pretty slim. This means players have around two more weeks to start saving up Primogems if they want to try to pull Kazuha when his Banner arrives.

Thus far, miHoYo hasn't officially announced when Kazuha's Banner will be appearing, but based on previous updates and since it's known he'll show up after Klee's Banner rerun, June 29 and 30 make the best guess. For Genshin Impact players looking to grab Kazuha when his Banner arrives, they shouldn't have to wait too much longer.
