Genshin Impact has regularly come out with new content since it was released in 2020. Now, its latest update is version 2.0, and it adds a huge amount of content. This includes new weapons, new characters, new locations, new bosses, and new Archon Quests.

Archon Quests make up the main story of the game. Version 2.0 of Genshin Impact adds chapter 2 of the archon quests, and it features several acts. Act 1 of the new Archon Quests is titled Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia. It can be a little challenging to do, as it features multiple sub-quests and is rather lengthy, so here’s how to beat it.

Completing Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia Quest in Genshin Impact 2.0

There are a few prerequisites in Genshin Impact that players must meet before they are able to undertake The Immovable God and the Eternal Euthymia. Players must be Adventure Rank 30, and have completed all the other prior Archon Quests. As it is the main story of the game, getting through these quests will increase the player’s Adventure Rank so they will likely already be ranked 30. Start the quest by talking to Katheryne at the Adventurers’ Guild in Liyue. From there, board the Alcor and talk to Captain Bediou to set sail for Ritou, which is Inazuma’s port of entry.

Upon arriving, the player is introduced to Thoma, who takes them through customs. They learn how incredibly corrupt the inspectors are, as registration costs two million Mora. Luckily, Thoma talks the inspector down to a more reasonable 600 Mora. Most outsiders are not as fortunate to have a local to guide them. One of these people is Kurisu, a friend of Thoma who the player is tasked with helping. Kurisu and other foreigners formed the International Trade Association to try to deal with the absurd restrictions and taxes placed upon them.

Without warning, the Kanjou Commission decreed that the International Trade Association had to pay their taxes in Crystal Marrow, which is only available from one vendor for an exorbitant price. The player offers to talk to the vendor Werner in hopes of a more reasonable price but to no avail. However, the player learns that Werner is originally from Modstadt, and after giving him specialty items from Mondstadt and Liyue, he relents. Mondstadt Specialties include things like Small Lamp Grass or Philanemo Mushrooms, and Liyue Specialties include Silk Flowers and Starconchs, among others.

Genshin Impact Thoma Immovable Gods Quest

Werner is part of a plot by Keijirou in Genshin Impact, and so players are off following Keijirou without being noticed, and then digging up his ledger. A confrontation happens, characters are nearly arrested, and the player gets unwillingly further drawn into local politics. Since they can’t leave the island without a travel permit, they might as well make the best of it. This takes the form of escorting a transport balloon to its destination while fighting off enemies.

The player then meets up with Thoma at the Komore Teahouse, which is owned by a dog. Next, the player visits the Statue of the Omnipresent God, and upon touching the statue can hear the sound of people’s aspirations. Finally, the player heads to the Kamisato Estate. There they make a deal with Ayaka to visit three people who had their Vision confiscated in exchange for a meeting with the Raiden Shogun, which was the entire purpose for visiting in the first place.

After helping the three people, return to Ayaka, and head to Naganohara Fireworks. It contains a dungeon in the form of a prison that the player must battle through to break Masakatsu out of with help from Yoimiya. Once that is done, it is time to head back to the teahouse to finally end the lengthy quest. However, this is only one act of the chapter, and there will be more content to come soon.
