Yummy! Barbecue Under the Stars is the latest web event for Version 2.2 of Genshin Impact. In this event, players will be able to grill fish alongside Childe, Xinyan, and Shiki Taishou to earn rewards. There are a total of 16 different fish recipes players can cook by experimenting with seasoning amounts and cook time.
In this event, players can earn friendship points with Shiki Taishou by cooking different fish recipes. Players can then claim rewards like Primogems, Enhancement Ores, Mora, and Hero’s Wits. Here’s how to play the event, and how to cook all the different recipes to earn every reward level.
To play this web event, players will need to open Genshin Impact between November 1st and November 7th, as well as be at least Adventure Rank 10. After opening Genshin Impact, players will need to click on the Paimon icon in the top left corner to open the menu. Then, players just need to select the Special Event tab to open the web event.
How to Grill Different Fish Recipes in the Yummy! Barbecue Under the Stars Event
For this Genshin Impact event, players will have a certain amount of Fish, Seasoning, and Wood they can use each day to grill fish. To catch more fish, players can click on Tartaglia, who will produce fish for the player every 6 hours. To earn more Seasoning and Firewood, players should select the Obtain More button that appears when clicking on the knapsack icon.
Doing this will open the tab that lets players collect rewards for completing tasks. Logging into the game daily will allow players to collect 4 firewood, while completing various tasks like spending Resin and doing Daily Commissions will allow players to collect Seasoning.
To grill fish, players just need to select the Start Grilling button under Genshin Impact's Xinyan. Here, players can select one of three fish to grill. Once the fish is selected, they can tap the fish to turn it over, and tap the Seasoning jar on the right to select how much seasoning to add. Once the player is done, they can select the button under the grill.
Genshin Impact players can create different fish recipes by changing the fish type, cooking time, and seasoning amount they’re using. Every time a new recipe is created, the player will earn Mora as well as friendship points with Shiki Taishou. By clicking the chest icon in the top right corner of the event’s main screen, players will be able to claim rewards for reaching certain friendship levels with Shiki Taishou, and see how many points they need to reach the next level.
Players should be able to find nearly every recipe in the event by testing out different grilling combinations in Genshin Impact, and players won’t need to find every recipe to reach the 800 Friendship Level required to unlock all the rewards. The event also gives the players hints to help them unlock a recipe they haven’t discovered yet, so players can have fun and grill fish at their own pace!
