There are a wealth of different things for players to check out in Genshin Impact. The world is chock full of quests to complete, enemies to defeat in combat, and brand new items to uncover. Part of the fun of the game is how massive the world really is and the amount of exploring a player can do during each session. Those who really wish could completely blow off the main quests and spend their time checking out everything else Genshin Impact has to offer.
One of the more fun things to do in Genshin Impact is to check out the different secrets that have been spread throughout the world. Many of these secrets will reveal different quest lines or even hidden chests to open up. One such secret is Heart Island that players will be able to find in order to acquire a hidden chest as well as an Anemoculus. This guide will show players how to make it to Heart Island.
Genshin Impact: How to Find Heart Island
The first thing that players will want to do in order to discover this island is travel back to the beach where they first spawned when they started the game. Players will find this beach near Starfell Lake. Once here players should look to the east in order to find an island far off in the distance. This is the island that players will want to travel to, but is too far away to swim and there isn't a nearby place tall enough to allow players to glide there either. This means that players will be forced to get a little creative.
The only way to realistically make it to Heart Island is to equip a character with the Cryo element. The easiest and most cost-effective option is probably Kaeya who is given to players for free after completing a few main quests. Players will need to stand on the shore and use Kaeya's special ability to freeze the water in front of them. They will then need to walk onto this frozen portion and freeze the water ahead of them again. This just needs to keep being done until the a path is built straight to Heart Island.
Once on the island players will be able to collect the Anemoculus as well as several common chests. There is one Luxurious Chest that will be locked no matter what players do. The only way to fix this if the player invites a friend to join their game. This will unlock the chest, and allow them to collect its rewards.
