Within the first two weeks of its release, the game went on to generate over $100 million in revenue. Players are investing in casting more wishes to unlock 5-star characters and weapons to use on their journey across the land. This guide will help players locate and defeat Oceanid.

Players are able to control up to 4 different characters, each with their own elemental abilities. The world is full of enemies and puzzles that require certain abilities to complete. It's important to keep a diverse team of characters ready for any situation. Players can also team up with their friends once they reach Adventure Rank 16 and can invite their friends to join them for quests and harvesting resources. The world is full of hidden secrets, dungeons, and weapons to locate. It's very easy to get lost just wandering the world and getting off track on your main objective. The game rewards players from stepping off the beaten path. The Oceanid is one of the Elite Bosses available in the game. Here's how players can find and defeat it.

Where To Find (& Defeat) Oceanid in Genshin Impact

Jean stands in a sunny countryside field in Genshin Impact.

Players can find the Oceanid hidden in the Liyue region in the middle of the furthest lake east to Quince Village. The boss cannot be attacked directly but to damage it, the player will need to defeat the waves of water-based enemies it will send at you. Taking down each wave will cause its HP to slowly drop. It is best to eliminate enemies using ranged attacks, especially against the Water Squirrel and Water Hawk. After every two waves, Oceanid will drop two platforms into the water. Continue to focus fire on the water enemies to beat the boss. The player will need to consume 40 Original Resin to claim its prize.

Genshin Impact has been one of the biggest surprises to release in 2020. While many high-quality AAA titles have released like The Last of Us 2 and Final Fantasy 7 RemakeGenshin Impact has left one of the biggest impressions of all the titles to release. It doesn't show signs of slowing down any time soon with new content releasing before the year is over and a Nintendo Switch port coming in the near future. It is looking like one of those titles that shows no sign of stopping its momentum any time soon.
